Assemble me.
Build a magnificent icon of the Late Jurassic!
Assembly instructions:
Remove model parts from the hanger board as illustrated below. Careful not to
break parts. If a part does not remove easily, carefully cut it out with a
knife. This model is intended for self-assembly without glue. If you have
difficulty installing the axles, try waxing them with a regular candle. All
moving parts can also be waxed during assembly to reduce friction when
operating the model.

Do not use a lighted candle!

Pay attention. Check position of the part.
Sand to remove burrs.
Wax the part with a regular candle (rub with a candle).
Check the mechanism for smoothness and accuracy of movement. Operate the
mechanism so the parts would seat-in.
The part should be easily rotated (moved).
Do not fully press the outer parts (structural frame) together until checking
for fit and alignment of internal parts.
Press the parts as far as they will go.
Spare parts.
This is not a structural component; itis a tool for measurement and assembly.
Clean the burrs on the parts using the universal “Helper” (H) instrument.
To avoid weakening the drive spring, we recommend that you do not leave the model running.
Troubleshooting

| The model moves abnormally or stops before the spring is unwound. | “1 The |
gears need lubrication—apply wax or other lubricant to the gears.
2. There are burrs on thegears—sand and smooth the gears with sandpaper.

The tail does not move.| The spike of the lever (unit e2) does not fall into
the groove of the pan (unit e3) — check the assembly of units €2,43 (p. 151.
The model moves but does not go forward (slides in place).| “1. Check the
installation of the legs on the body (p. 25-26).
Before installing the legs, set the axis mechanism in the correct position (p.
25).
2.. Check if the right, left, front and rear legs are misplaced when mounted
on the body.”
