DANGEROUS VOLTAGE: The lightning flash with arrowhead symbol within an
equilateral triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence of
uninsulated dangerous voltage within the product`s enclosure that may be of
sufficient magnitude to constitute a risk of electric shock to persons.
ATTENTION: The exclamation point within an equilateral triangle is
intended to alert the user to the presence of important operating and
maintenance (servicing) instructions in the literature accompanying the
appliance.

Do not use this apparatus near water

Clean only with dry cloth
Unplug this product from the wall outlet before cleaning. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosol cleaners. Use a dry cloth for cleaning. -
Ventilation
The appliance should not be situated so that its location (on a bed, sofa, rug, or similar surface) or position (such as a bookcase or cabinet) interferes with its proper ventilation. -
Heat
The appliance should be situated away from heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other appliances (including amplifiers) that produce heat. -
Grounding or Polarization
Precaution should be taken to insure that the grounding or polarization means of an appliance is not defeated. -
Power-Cord Protection

Severe weather
In extreme weather such as lightning storm, hurricane, unplug it from the wall outlet and disconnect the antenna or cable system. This will prevent damage to the appliance due to unexpected power surges. -
Servicing
The user should not attempt to service the appliance beyond that described in the user’s operating instructions. All other servicing should be referred to qualified personnel. The appliance should be serviced by qualified service personnel when:
· The power-supply cord or plug has been damaged.
· Objects have fallen into, or liquid has been spilled into the appliance enclosure.
· The appliance has been exposed to rain.
· The appliance has been dropped, or the enclosure damaged.
· The appliance does not appear to operate normally or exhibits a marked change in performance. -
Power Sources
The appliance should be connected to a power supply only of the type described in the operating instructions or as marked on the appliance. -
Non-use Periods
The power cord of the appliance should be unplugged from the outlet/The batteries should be removed when the appliance is to be left unused for a long period of time.

Thank you for purchasing the JBL AURA-BT STEREO which is designed to bring an extraordinary sound experience to your entertainment system. We encourage you to take a few minutes to read through this manual, which describes the product and includes step-by-step instructions for setting up and getting started.

MOUNTING
BLUETOOTH OPERATION
- Power ON the AURA-BT.
- Turn on the Bluetooth compatible device and enter pairing mode.
- When the Bluetooth device finds the unit, “JBL BT” will appear on the display of the device, select it to make the connection.
- During Playback: Short press button on the front panel to pause playback, short press button again to resume playback. Quick short press button twice on the front panel to play next track, quick short press button three times to play previous track. Rotate the volume knob right on the front panel to increase the volume, rotate the volume knob left to decrease the volume.
- To pair another Bluetooth Device, disconnect the current paired device by pressing the button on the front panel. The unit now can be discovered by other Bluetooth devices.
Note:
After first time pairing, the unit will connect to the last paired Bluetooth
Device when both are within working range.
PLAYING TV SOUND THROUGH THE AURA-BT
Hearing TV sound through the AURA-BT is possible when using a compatible SMART
TV that has a sound out via Bluetooth. Place the AURA-BT in the Bluetooth
pairing/ discoverable mode, then open the TV settings menu for sound out,
select Bluetooth, and do a device search to select “JBL-BT”. Adjust the volume
on the TV and/or the AURA-BT to hear TV sound through the connected speakers.
USB PLAYBACK

Power ON the AURA-BT.
-
Plug a USB device into the USB Type C port on the front panel.

During Playback:
Short press button on the front panel to pause playback, short press button again to resume playback. -
Quick short press button twice on the front panel to play next track, quick short press button three times to play previous track.

Rotate the volume knob right on the front panel to increase the volume, rotate the volume knob left to decrease the volume.
Notes:
The unit will automatically switch to USB mode and start playback when the USB flash drive is connected. Disconnect USB to allow Bluetooth to connect. The USB Type C port can provide external charging (10W/2.1A), and also for software upgrade use.
ZONE A/ZONEB SPEAKERS OPERATION
- Press Sound button on the front panel to switch ON or OFF the corresponding Zone A and Zone B Speakers. Zone A speakers are the default mode, when the unit is turned on.
- Press Sound button once, both Zone A and Zone B speakers are on.
- Press Sound button second time, Zone B speakers are on.
- Press Sound button third time, Zone A speakers are on.
LED BEHAVIOR AROUND KNOB (Lighting Effect)
- Press button on the front panel to change the visualization of the AURA-BT lighting (Bright/Dim/Off), selected mode will retain in memory until changed.
- Blue “Pulsing” – BT Pairing Mode, Blue “Solid” – Paired to a Device
RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS
By restoring the default settings defined at the factory, you remove all personalized settings from the AURA-BT Wall Mount Stereo.
- Power ON the AURA-BT
- Press button for at least 10 seconds on the front panel to restore AURA-BT to factory settings.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Never try to repair the product yourself. If you have problems using this
product, check the following before you request services. System
The AURA-BT will not turn on.
– Check for properly connected power.
The AURA-BT has no response to button pressing.
– Restore the AURA-BT to factory settings.
Sound
No sound from the AURA-BT
– Make sure speakers are connected properly
– Make sure volume is turned up
– Connect the AURA-BT to your TV or other devices properly.
– Restore the AURA-BT to its factory settings.
Bluetooth
A device cannot be connected with the AURA-BT.
– Check if you have enabled Bluetooth on the device.
– If the AURA-BT has been paired with another Bluetooth device, press button
on front panel.
– If your Bluetooth device has ever been paired with the AURA-BT unpair the
AURABT from the Bluetooth device, and then pair the Bluetooth device to the
AURA-BT again.
Poor audio quality from a connected Bluetooth device
– The Bluetooth reception is poor. Move the source device closer to the AURA-
BT, or remove any obstacle between the source device and the AURA-BT.
The connected Bluetooth device connects and disconnects constantly.
– The Bluetooth reception is poor. Move the source device closer to the AURA-
BT, or remove any obstacle between the source device and the soundbar.
