Please read these instructions carefully before using your new heater
Thank you for choosing our Indoor/Outdoor Patio Heater. This owner’s manual
will provide you with valuable information necessary for the proper care and
maintenance of your new product. Please take a few moments to thoroughly read
the instructions and familiarize yourself with all the operational aspects of
your new heater.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS WARNING
When using this electric unit, basic safety precautions should be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, including the following:
- Read all instructions before using the heater
- Do not use the heater with a programmer, timer, separate remote-control system, or any other device that switches the heater on automatically, since a fire risk exists if the heater is covered or positioned incorrectly.
- It’s dangerous to install the appliance close to curtains and other combustible materials.
- Do not use the heater in reach of a shower, bath or swimming pool.
- The heater is not located immediately below a socket outlet
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or a similarly qualified person to avoid a hazard.

- Pay attention that, no combustible material due to Wind or other environmental influences covers or obstructs the appliance, such as curtains, marquees, flags, plastic foil, etc.
- CAUTION – Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.
- CAUTION: Risk of Electric Shock. DO NOT open or try to repair the heater yourself.
- This heater may get hot when in use. To avoid burns, DO NOT let bare skin touch hot surfaces. If provided, use handles when moving this heater.
- Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, paper, clothes, and curtains at least 3 ft from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides, top, and rear. DO NOT place towels or other objects on the heater.
- Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or the disabled, or when the heater is left operating and unattended.
- DO NOT operate any heater with a damaged cord or after the heater malfunctions, has been drooped or damaged in any manner. Return the heater to an authorized service facility for examination, electrical or mechanical adjustment, or repair.
- This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas, and similar indoor locations. NEVER locate a heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container. To protect against electrical hazards, DO NOT immerse in water or other liquids.
- DO NOT touch the control panel with a wet hand.
- DO NOT run a cord under the carpeting. DO NOT cover the cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Arrange the cord away from the traffic area so that it will not be tripped over.
- DO NOT insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
- To prevent a possible fire, DO NOT block the air intake or exhaust in any manner. DO NOT use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
- A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. DO NOT use in areas where gasoline, paint, explosive, and/or flammable liquids are used or stored. Keep the unit away from heated surfaces and open flames.
- Avoid the use of an extension cord because the extension cord may overheat and cause a risk of fire. However, if you have to use an extension cord, the cord shall be 1.5m m• minimum size.
- To disconnect the heater, turn the controls to OFF.
- Always turn off the unit before moving or cleaning, or whenever the heater is not in use.
- Use only for intended household use as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by unauthorized dealers may cause hazards.
- WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, DO NOT use this unit with any solid-state speed control device.
- DO NOT attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions on this unit. Doing so will void your warranty. The inside of the unit contains no user-serviceable parts. Qualified personnel should perform all servicing only.
- Connect to properly grounded outlets only.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical. Sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- The marketing concerning covering shall be visible after the heater has been installed.

Control Panel Steps for Usage
These appliances must be supplied with proper voltage and frequency (AC120V, 60Hz), and connected to an individual, properly grounded branch circuit, protected by a circuit breaker in accordance with the wiring rule. the power cord of this appliance must be fastened with the chain, installation can only be carried out by a qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
- When plugged in, turn on the Main power switch at the back of the Behind.
- Press the on or off button, the buzzer beeps, and the digital screen displays PO (standby mode).
- Press the mode the first time, the buzzer beeps, and the digital screen displays Pl Oow power 500W).
- Press the mode the second time, the buzzer beeps and the digital screen displays P2 (mid-range power 1000W).
- Press the mode the third time, the buzzer beeps, and the digital screen displays P3 (high-grade power 1500W).
- Press the mode the fourth time, the buzzer beeps, and the digital screen displays PO (standby mode), cycle in turn.
- Press the timing button , the 1-24 hour timing shutdown can be adjusted arbitrarily, the digital screen displays 01 to indicate the timing of 1 hour, and displays 24 to indicate the timing of 24 hours, cycling in turn.

Remote control
The functions of the heater may be controlled via the buttons on your remote control and LED screen. You may also control some of the functions of your heater through the buttons on the front side of the heater.
OVERHEAT PROTECTION
This heater is protected with an overheat protection that switches of the appliance automatically in case of overheating.e.g. due to the total or partial obstruction of the grids. In this case, unplug the appliance, wait about 30 minutes for it to cool, and remove the object which is obstructing the grids. Then switch it back on as described above. The appliance should operate normally. Should the problem persist, please contact the nearest customer service.
MAINTENANCE
Attention!
Careful and regular maintenance of the infrared Heater is required to attain a
long and efficient operation of your appliance.
- Check the cleanliness of the reflector and IR filament at least once a month. If necessary, apply cleaning and maintenance instructions.
- The number of checks may be increased considering the amount of dust in the environment.
- Check the deformation of the reflector, wire, and frame visually while cleaning the appliance. In case of any deformation, consult a qualified technician.
- Check the power cable and plug visually while cleaning the appliance. In case of any deformation, consult a qualified technician.
- It is recommended to change the reflector every 2 years for more efficient operation.
Unplug your heater first Turn off the circuit breaker before maintenance and let the unit cool completely.
- To keep the heater clean, the outer shell may be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. You may use a mild detergent if necessary. After cleaning, dry the unit with a soft cloth.
- DO NOT use alcohol, gasoline, abrasive powders, furniture polish, or rough brushes to clean the heater. This may cause damage or deterioration to the surface of the heater.
- Although this heater is outdoor approved(Balconies and patios}, DO NOT immerse the heater in water for your safety. Wait until the unit is completely dry before use.
STORAGE
If the heater will not be used for a long period of time, store it in a cool,
dry location when not in use. To prevent dust and dirt build-up, use the
original packaging to repack the unit.

- Only technical services and persons authorized by may serve, repair, and replace the spare parts of this heater.
- If the heater will not operate, please check the following before seeking repair of service:
Points to be considered before shipping the product to the technical service:
- Make sure that the plug, to which the appliance is connected, has power, and check the fuse and power cord. If the plug lacks power, consult an electrician.
- Make sure that the appliance has been installed in accordance with the instructions in the manual. If the installation is inaccurate, consult technical service.
Terms of Warranty
The warranty does not cover the defects arising out of the improper use of the appliance. The warranty does not cover the situations below:
- The damages and defects arising out of improper use.
- The damages and defects have occurred during the transportation after the delivery of the product to the customer by the company.
- The damages and defects arising out of low or excessive voltage, not grounded plug usage, faulty electricity systems, and operating the appliance in different voltage values other than specified in the instructions.
- The damages and defects arising out of fire and lightning.
- The damages and defects arising out of repairs and maintenance by persons other than Authorized Services.
- The defects arise out of the breach of the instructions in the manual.
- The damages and defects arising out of the transportation of the product instead of repair.

Faulty maintenance and cleaning are not covered by the warranty.

- Damage in the reflector or filament due to faulty cleaning.
- Faulty installation or dismantlement.
- Operating with damaged filament, frame or power cord.
Above mentioned defects and services are not covered by the warranty.
Should this product be proven defective in workmanship or material, the consumer’s sole remedies shall be such repair or replacement as provided by the terms of this warranty. Under no circumstances shall be liable for any loss or damage, direct, consequential, or incidental, arising out of the use of or inability to use this product.
