Seat height adjustment:
Paddle-shaped lever on the left side
To raise:
While taking your weight off the chair, lift lever up.
To lower:
While seated, lift lever up.
Back tilt adjustment:
Paddle-shaped lever on the right side
To recline:
Pull the paddle out, this will allow the back to lean freely.
To lock in place:
Push the rod back in to lock the back upright.
Back tension adjustment:
Knob in the middle of the of the seat
To increase tension:
Turn clockwise.
To lessen tension:
Turn counterclockwise.
Back height adjustment:
Internal back height adjustment in back
To raise back height:
Hold on to back and lift up and stop lift in various positions, you will hear
a click as it stops.
To release back height:
Continue holding back and lift and lock to the highest position, lift back
once more to release the internal back height adjustment and this lowers back
to lowest position.
