Seat height adjustment:
Paddle-shaped lever on the left side
To raise:
While taking your weight off the chair, pull lever out.
To lower:
While seated, pull lever out.
Back tilt adjustment:
No paddle, weight activated
To recline:
Allow the back to lean freely using the user’s weight.
