Safety Information
Warning
To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, basic precautions
should be followed when using electrical appliances.
1.1 Precautions
- Keep the appliance out of the reach of children, do not let children or pets play with the product or the battery. Please pay special attention when using it near children, especially do not put the battery into your mouth.
- Do not use the hose to vacuum large amount of densely clustered hair at one time, which may cause the hose to be blocked. In this case, turn off the appliance, remove the hose, and dredge it with a slender rod.
- Do not use the appliance before installing the dust bin or filter.
- Place the appliance on a flat surface, prevent it from dropping or shaking.
- Check that the plug is disconnected from the socket and the power cord is stored before moving the appliance. If the hose is connected, please also store the hose before moving the appliance.
- Do not use it when the suction mouth is blocked. Keep the suction mouth free of dust, lint, hair, or any substance that may obstruct the airflow.
- People (including children) with limited physical, sensory, or mental abilities, or in absence of experience and knowledge may fail to use this product safely without the supervision or guidance of adults. Please ensure the safety of usage.
- After installation, please keep the product packaging materials out of the reach of children to avoid unintentional injury.
1.2 Safety Instructions

Do not damage the power plug, do not damage, stretch, bend, twist the power cord or place the power cord near objects that are hot, and do not bind or lift heavy objects with the power cord.

If there is moisture or dust on the power plug, completely unplug it for cleaning and firmly insert it into the socket.

Do not burn the appliance even if it is seriously damaged, which is harmful to environment.
Please put it into the trash bin after correct classification.
1.3 Safety Instructions of the AA battery
The clipper uses 2 AA batteries, pay attention to the precautions.
- Do not attempt to regenerate the disposable battery by heating, charging, shaking, etc., to avoid danger.
- Please do not throw the battery into the fire to avoid danger. Please discard the used battery separately from other garbage.
- Do not mix the old battery with the new one or combine batteries of different types.
- Do not use deformed or damaged battery.
- Do not swallow the battery.
- Do not let children replace the battery alone without adult supervision.
- Before replacing the battery of clipper, please check whether the clipper and battery terminals are clean, clean them with a soft cloth when necessary.
- If the battery leaks, be careful not to let the liquid come into contact with your skin or eyes. If the liquid comes into contact with your skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and follow the doctor’s instructions.
- Do not let water, drink or detergent enter the product or battery.
- When the clipper is not used for a long time, please remove the battery and keep it in a cool and dry place.
- Keep the alternative battery in a cool and dry place without direct sunlight.

3.1 Get vacuum and pets prepared before use.

(1) Release the lock
Push the locker to the right to unlock.
(2) Deshedding
Quickly and easily remove loose hair for long and short haired dogs and cats.
Effectively reduce shedding by up to 95% of dead hair and tangles.
Note:
During use, please pay attention to the cutting edge and sharp position, do
not use excessive force to cause the skin scratches.
Note: Push comb swinger regularly during use.
Note: Lock to retract comb head after use.
(3) Replacement
A spring inside the yellow panel.
Replace with different heads.
Hold the head and press against the right yellow panel. Turn from down to
upward until safely locked.
3.6 Clipper
Put batteries inside before use.
Note: Do not touch the blade when guide guard is not installed.
It can shave your pet’s hair and suck it into the dust bin to prevent it from falling elsewhere.
Note: Please be careful on the soft parts of the pet’s skin and do not use excessive force to cause skin scratches.
Care and Maintenance
4.1 Replace with new batteries for clipper when necessary.
4.2 Dust bin clearance
Release the dust bin from main body and clean it.

Clean The Filters
Deep cleaning filters when necessary.
Warning
Make sure filters properly assembled and dust bin is locked before use.
Do not use it without filters.

Troubleshooting
Issue | Possible Causes | Corrective Measures |

Loose suet on | The hose is blocked. | Check if there is any blockage of |

remove the hose and poke the hairballs out with a thin stick. (Refer to

Internal air channel is blocked.| Clean the internal air channel and install
it properly.(refer to 4.4)
Dust bin is not installed in place.| Remove the dust bin and reinstall it
properly. (Refer to 4.3)
Cleaner stop working| Air channel is blocked.| Clean the hose, dust bin and
intemal air channel. Let the vacuum cool down and restart it after a few
minutes. (Refer to 1.1, 4.2, 4.4 )
The motor is damaged or wire is loosen.| Contact us for help.
Warranty

The warranty period is 12 months from the date of ordering the product.

Free warranty is available for damage or failure during normal use. If that damage cannot be repaired up to different area or damage reasons, it shall be replaced with a new product.
After replacement, the warranty period of the original product shall be valid for the new one. -
In case it falls out of the range of warranty, the freight will be charged for returning the product.

The warranty content shall be limited to free maintenance of this product.

The following conditions shall be out of warranty even within the warranty period:
(1) Failure and damage caused by misuse or inattention.
(2) Damage caused by improper protection or other negligence during transportation.
(3) Product damage caused by scratching, biting, flapping, pressing of the pet, etc.
(4) Failure and damage caused by fire, earthquake and other natural disasters.
(5) Failure and damage during use other than normal domestic use (long-term use for business purposes, etc.). -
Repair will be refused in the following cases regardless of whether they are within the warranty period or not:
(1) The customer reconstructed or modified the product.
(2) Consumables and attachments of the product. -
Regulations may be changed without notice. KIDKEN reserves the right to up date warranty when needed. All repairs and request will be handled accoridng to the most udpated warranty.
