Portable car air compressor pump

Precaution:

1. Do not use this product as a toy. Never allow children to use the pump. and keep the pump out of children’s reach! Do not insert the inflation hose into the mouth, ears or eyes of people or animals to blow the air into it!
2. Do not throw the product into the fire or discard it at will because there is a built-in Lithium battery in the product. It may cause fire and explosion risks if the product is overheating, crashed, waterlogged Please do ot put it in the car to avoid exposure to the direct sunlight and other high temperature environment.
3. Please dont keep it lower than -10°C or above 45°, the too cold or too hot storage temperature will shorten the service life of the product or darage the built-in battery.
4. It is recornmended to charge the device every three months if the product isidle for a long time. Otherwise, the battery may be damaged.
5. The product has a built-in DC motor, which may produce electric spark when working. Please do not use it in a flammable and explosive environment
6. Please shut down immediately if there is abnormal noise or the temperature is 100 high
7. Please make sure to select the correct measurement unit before setting the inflation pressure value. Otherwise, it may lead toa flat tyre problem and other accidents, Common unit conversion: Tbar = 14.5psi, 1bar = 100KPA, Ibar =1.02kg/cm?.
8. Please do not leave the compressor purnp along when the product pumps up the tyre. Please stay there and observe the inflation process to prevent the inflation pressure from being too high when there is no preset air pressure.
9. Please use it in a dry and clean environment. The entered sand and dust may damaged the product. And do not clear it with water for the product is non-waterproof.
10. Please do not use it near the place with flammable and explosive liguid and gas (such as gas station] while using the compressor pump!
11. The inflation pressure of balloonstoysswimming rings and other products s lower than the range of this pump and the inflation cannot be automatically stopped by the preset pressure Pleaseuse with caution
12. Please turn off the device immediately once there is abnormal sound or over-temperature during work, and cool it down for at least 15 minutes. Be careful, do not hurt your hands when removing the inflation hose.

Key defination

Use instructions

1. Power on state: the value displayed on the display screen is the current pressure after connecting the air pipe
2. To ensure safety, please check the needed pressure of the inflated object before inflation operation to avoid personal injury caused by overinflation.
3. The recommended inflation pressure of the car, bicycle or motorcycle tyre is marked on the sidewall of the tyre. The tyre guide is marked near the inner wall of the driver’s side door. The inflation pressure is related to the load weight And please refer to the vehicle manual for more details about air pressure suggestions.

Inflation operation steps

1. Connect the product to the inflation hose;
2. Connect the inflation hose with the tyre valve which needs to be inflated;
3. Long press the power button for 3 seconds to turn the device on;
4. Preset the pressure value for the tyre, press the “+/-” button to adjust the preset tire pressure;
5. Press the power button briefly to inflate the tyre;
6. Waiting a few minutes, the compressor will automatically stop inflating once the desired pressure is reached, then turn it off.

Special reminder
The temperature of the air pipe may be higher after inflation operation. Be careful of scald injury when removing the air nozzle!

Troubleshooting

Check whether the air pipe is airtight.
Check whether the air pipe and tyre are connected well.
Check whether the inflated object leaks.
Can not be inflated even power on| Check whether the power is sufficient.
Check whether the current tyre pressure is higher than the preset value.
Normal inflation while the pressure is zero| The inflation pressure value of the balloons, rubber balls and other low-pressure inflatable products are not within the considered range.
There is air leakage when connecting the air pipe| Tightening the air pipe
The air pressure returns to zero level abnormally| Caused by abnormal operation, please shut it down and restart it to solve the machine error.
