IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Note

The body camera is a particular device for professional usage, we suggest users to read the service manual carefully for first time use. Driver or software is only for professional users who want to setup and change password, normal users can manage data on PC directly without the software.

Please review the manual and the trouble shooting tips before setting up;

Troubleshooting

1. The image is freezing, button doesn’t work. / The camera turn on with buzz noise ;
   –Press reset button (inside HDMI port) to have camera resetting when camera works abnormally.
   Please note: DO NOT PRESS this button except maloperation.

2. The camera can’t be turn on or turn off .
   –Please check if the camera is powered off ? If it is out of power , please charge the camera firstly , it will take 4hours to fully charge the camera;
   –Long press the power key to turn on or turn off the camera , if it crashes, press the reset button ((inside HDMI port) .

3. Auxiliary camera port doesn’t fit camera cable.
   –If you buy other brand’s auxiliary camera and try to attach it to our CammPro body camera, there is chance that the cable of the auxiliary camera does not fit our port.

4. How to organize and delete video?

5. Connect camera with PC by original USB cable, camera boot up automatically and shows a “PC” image.

6. Camera turns to mass storage mode, which just like a normal USB flash drive or movable hard disk.

7. Find the removable disk in your computer, then you can copy or delete the videos.

8. The software that operates the memory and function of the camera will not run on my computer

9. The management software supports Windows computer only.

10. Make sure the “Password” set to be “ON” in menu. Software can not be used in password free mode.

11. Please ensure the driver installed successfully. And, when using the software, please don’t enter password on camera.
    Ps. Software is only for professional users to change password, other functions are can be done on camera’s menu. So even without software, it doesn’t affect the use.
    If the camera come without CD , it will not affect the normal use . For any further demand on the software, customers can contact with our customers service team from the contact information in the user manual .

12. Successfully changed the password and now neither password works. locked out of camera and software.
    –If you change the original password and happen to forget the new password you set.
    Please reach out to us for help.

13. The camera says “Card fragment fail”.
    –Please enter to camera’s memory and format (delete everything).

14. Why battery last so fast?

15. Electronics work for shorter hours at low temperatures, this is a very normal phenomenon

16. Please check whether you turned IR on or set it to auto in recording, infrared lamps with big power consumption. Please turn it off for long battery life. 3) Please check whether you set a high resolution and best quality, higher resolution and quality make battery life shorter.

17. How to charge the battery ?
    The camera is equipped with 3500mAh Li battery , it will take 4 hours to fully charge it , please do fully charge the camera for the first time use .
    A: There are 2 solutions to charge the battery :

You can charge the battery through the dock included in the box , connect the dock with the charger and charge cable , insert the camera into the dock in place , make sure the charging LED turns to green , means the camera is fully charged . Battery life vary from different settings and environments. We test the camera can work last 10-11 hours in the setting : 28 degrees Celsius indoors, 720P resolution, GPS off, IR off ; work about 8-9hoursin the setting 28 degrees Celsius indoors, 1296P resolution, GPS off, IR off .
    Note: Please make sure the direction is correct when you put the camera in the dock , see below illustration:
    Red: On charging ; Green: Fully charged ;
    

19. You can charge the battery through the USB cable and charger directly ;
    

20. Recording is blurry
    A: Please move the camera to more close place to the objects or the places where you want to record;

21. How to mount the body camera with clip ?
    A: Insert the clip in the slot in the top of the body camera , push it down to the end and fix the clip , thentheclipis mounted well . The clip can be rotated for different wear usage. You can also refer the video we uploaded to check how to mount the body camera with clip.

22. 11. Can it work as GPS navigator ?
    A: GPS function in the body camera is not as navigator , it is used to recorded the position where you record, andthe route can be reviewed.

23. How to turn on IR Night vision ?
    To save battery working time, we have disabled IR Night vision in the default setting , you can turn this function on in setting , or turn in on manually by pressing the light button on the top of the devices.
