  • Use the appliance only on the voltage specified.
  • Do not plug in the appliance until it has been correctly assembled.
  • Unplug the appliance before dismantling, moving or before cleaning.
  • Do not use around heated surfaces, open flames or flammable substances.
  • Do not immerse in water or other liquids. Do not use near water.
  • Do not leave the appliance unattended around children.
  • Do not insert any objects or fingers into any openings.
  • Use for indoors only.
  • Do not run the cord under throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
  • Do not operate if there are signs of damage to the cord, plug or appliance. Do not attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions on this unit. Please Call Customer Service for assistance.
  • Do not use the appliance for any other purpose than its intended use, as described in the manual.
  • Always ensure the appliance is placed on a flat, stable and suitable surface.
  • Do not cover or restrict airflow to the inlet or outlet grills.
  • Never unplug the appliance from the mains until it has been switched off
  • Unplug the fan and store in a dry, safe place when not in use.

CAUTION

In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cut- out, this appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off.

CONTROL PANEL & REMOTE CONTROL

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Before using the fan make sure that it is on a flat and stable surface. Damage may occur if it is placed on an incline or decline.

Set all the switches to OFF position, then insert the plug directly into a standard AC socket outlet. Be sure plug fits tightly into outlet.

Press to turn on the power. Press again to turn off.

Press to select a fan speed. Choose between low, medium and high.

Please note: The default speed is medium.

Press to activate the timer function. Each time the button is pressed the timer will be increased by 1 hour up to a maximum of 8 hours.

Press to start oscillation. Press again to stop oscillation.

Fan Head Adjustment – You can manually move the fan head in a 90° vertical direction.

Light On/Off – After 10 minutes of working without instruction, the display light will automatically turn off. Press any control to turn on the display.

REMOTE CONTROL

Press to turn off display light. Press again to turn display light on.

NOTE:

The remote control buttons perform the same functions as those on the control panel on the unit.

The remote control requires 1x CR2025 3V lithium battery (not included)

Important:

Follow the instructions of use and the recycle rules given on the battery packaging.

  • Open the battery compartment by sliding the cover down.
  • Insert the battery into the compartment,
  • observing the polarity in the diagram (see below drawing).
  • Close the battery compartment.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • Always disconnect the cord from the electrical outlet when cleaning your fan.

  • Light accumulated dust may be removed from the fan with a soft cloth or vacuum cleaner using the dusting brush attachment.

  • Wipe the exterior surfaces of the fan occasionally with a cloth moistened (not dripping wet) with a mild soap solution.
    Dry the case thoroughly with a soft dry cloth before operating the fan.

  • Avoid the use of gasoline, benzene, thinner etc as they may result in damage to the fan.

  • Store the fan in a clean dry place when not in use.

WARRANTY & SERVICE

This product is covered with PureMate product and labour warranty for 12 months from the date of its original purchase. If any problems occur, please contact the PureMate Customer Care Centre in your country via the contact information listed in this User Guide. We can only provide after sales service for products that are sold by PureMate or PureMate authorized retailers and distributors.
If you have purchased your unit from a different place, please contact your seller for return and warranty issues.
