WARNINGS & PRECAUTIONS

• Failure to follow installation instructions will void warranty.
• After the battery is discharged to the cut-off voltage, continuing to discharge is called over-discharge. It can easily cause serious power loss in the battery, thereby greatly shortening its service life. Therefore, deep discharge should be avoided as much as possible when using the battery.
• The product should be kept away from fire, high-temperature environments, humid and rainy environments during use and storage, otherwise it may lead to dangerous situations.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble it by themselves.
• DO NOT discard the product at the end of its service life. Recycle the product according to local laws and regulations.
• This product should be protected from rain, water immersion, and violent vibration during transportation.
• It cannot be used at an altitude exceeding 2000m.
• DO NOT drop, squeeze, or collide with the product, so as not to subject the product to external pressure, which may cause a short circuit of the internal circuit of the product and damage to the battery.
• After use, please turn off the machine in time (the no-load power consumption will continue to consume battery power when the machine is on.)
• Please use the charger supplied with the product for charging.
• This product and its accessories may contain some small parts. Please keep the product and its accessories out of the reach of children. Children may accidentally damage the product and its accessories, or swallow small parts, causing suffocation or other dangers, children or people with mental retardation need to use this product accompanied by their guardians.
• DO NOT use the product during thunderstorms. This may cause product failure or electric shock.
• If the product accidentally falls into the water during use, place it in a safe open area and do not turn it on again.
• The screen should be protected from collision during the application and delivery.
• DO NOT touch any of the socket connections on the product with your hands or metal devices while the device is on. Otherwise, there will be a safety hazard resulting in life safety.

Application and Function Instruction
The product is used in parallel with the main battery to increase its capacity and create a longer loading time. When the power is exhausted, it can be connected in parallel with the host and charged at the same time. It can also be charged independently by using the charger provided with it. The built-in intelligent BMS board is equipped with functions like over-temperature, over- voltage, over-current, and short-circuit.

Operation and Usage

Start Steps

1. Check whether there is any visible damage to the appearance of the product and whether the output interfaces are loose or damaged (If abnormal conditions occur, stop using) Place the product on the trolley or the main frame elbow and fix it firmly. Connect the main station and the battery with the supplied expandable cable.
2. Turn on the POWER buttons on the main’s front panel and expand battery. At this time, the green indicator on the main will light up and the screen on the expandable battery will operate normally to display the successful start. Please observe whether the main and the expandable battery is fully charged. When the power is lower than 30%, it is recommended to use it after it has been fully charged. Please check whether the power difference between the batteries is within 10%, if exceeds, it is recommended to stop using it. Please check whether the expandable battery status in the battery information column of the main display is connected successfully and in online standby mode.

Charging Steps

1. The expandable battery supports external charging and connecting with the main at the same time.
2. External Charging Operation: First, confirm whether the mains grid voltage is within the input range of the charger of this product. Second, turn on the expandable battery power switch. Plug the charger output into the back of the battery pack charging input interface and connect the input plug into the mains. Third, observe the screen power icon. The flash of the power level approves charging.
3. Charging methods for connecting the main at the same time: When connecting the expandable battery and main successfully, plug into the mains to see the charging status in the main screen and the battery level icon in the expandable battery screen. The flashing jumps proves that the product is charging.
4. DO NOT use external charging and the main AC Charging at the same time.
5. DO NOT use external charging when connected with the main in POWERED mode.

Product Maintenance

1. New products should be fully charged before use.
2. Regularly remove dust and dirt from the heat dissipation window.
3. In the case of long-term storage for more than three months, not less than 50% of the power storage shall be maintained.
4. If stored for more than 6 months, in order to extend the service life of the battery, please charge and discharge the product 1-2 times.
5. Scrub the surface of the chassis after each outdoor use.
6. Regularly check whether the external screws and lifting rings of the chassis are fully tightened.
