1.Can I use Vileda's 1-2 Spray Mop system on any surface?
The flat mop is ideal for cleaning floor tiles linoleum and laminate floors. However, the moisture of the pads is also suitable for parquet and wood floors.
Can I use a cleaning solution?
Yes, we would recommend the 1-2 Spray Active Cleaner Solution, which is fully diluted and ready to go. Alternatively you can simply fill the integrated tank with water and a small amount of your preferred detergent if you wish, or just water.
I need a refill, where can I get one?
Refills are available in our online shop. Simply type in the name of your product or cleaning tool and a refill pack will show up.
What happens if my mop stops spraying?
Use a commercially available descaling product like Citric Acid and follow the instruction of the manufacturer to prepare around 250ml of descaling solution. Empty the product of the remaining water, pour in the descaling solution, and squeeze the trigger a couple of times to clean out the mop and nozzle. Allow it to react for 8 hours (or follow the instructions on the solution you are using) squeeze the trigger a couple of times before emptying the descaling solution. You will also need to stick a pin in the bottom of the nozzle and clean around this to get rid of any debris.
How do I connect the mop together?
First place the mop head flat on the floor with the connector in the upright position. Then place the handle over the connector and push down firmly until you hear a click.

First place the mop head flat on the floor with the handle in the upright position. Then place your feet on top of the mop head on either side of the handle. Carefully pull the handle up until it is released.
