SAFETY

  • Carefully read the instructions before you install and use the product. Save the instructions and keep them near the product for future reference. All kinds of warranties shall be invalid if these instructions are not followed.
  • The model code is printed on the product.

DANGER!

  • This product contains a lithium battery. If misused, opened or damaged, it can become a hazard and may explode.
  • Do not attempt to burn the headphones. The battery could explode causing injury and death.

WARNING!

  • Do not attempt to repair or service the product yourself. Please contact the manufacturer to be referred to an authorized service centre near you.
  • Do not leave the product near any heat sources, such as radiators, heat registers, stoves or other appliances that produce heat.
  • Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched, especially near the plugs and where it exits the product.
  • To avoid hearing damage, make sure that the volume on your headphones is turned down before connecting your headphones.
  • After placing headphones on your ears, adjust the sound to a suitable level to avoid damaging your hearing.
  • Do not listen to music at high volume for prolonged periods of time. It can cause permanent damage to your hearing.
  • Manage your usage carefully; hearing loss is determined by a combination of volume and duration of exposure. The higher the volume, the shorter the safe listening time, whereas lower volumes allow for extended listening periods.
  • Do not use headphones while driving, riding, walking through traffic areas or in an environment where your full attention to your surroundings is required.
  • When charging, use proper power sources and plug the product into a certified USB power output, as described in the operating instructions or as marked on the product.

Disposal

DANGER!
This product contains a lithium-ion battery. If misused, opened or damaged, it can become a hazard and may explode.
WARNING!
Dispose of the used battery according to your local waste disposal authority.
The European Directive for Batteries 2006/66/EC states that it is not permitted to throw away batteries with household waste. They may contain substances that are harmful to the environment. Empty batteries can be handed over to a local, public collection point or a local recycling centre.

Dispose of packaging in an environmentally friendly manner. Recycling packaging, while observing national and local regulations, can reduce the consumption of raw materials and the amount of waste in landfill sites. This product complies with international directives, including but not limited to the WEEE Directive (2012/19/EU). The symbol on the product or on its packaging indicates that this product should not be treated as household waste. Consult your local waste disposal authority for guidance on how to properly recycle or dispose of this product.
By ensuring this product is disposed of correctly, you will help prevent potential negative consequences for the environment and human health, which could otherwise be caused by inappropriate waste handling of this product. For more detailed information about recycling of this product, please contact the relevant municipal body in charge of waste management, your household waste disposal service or the store where you purchased the product.

USING HEADPHONES

Pair headphones with the device

  1. Turn on Bluetooth on your device.
    NOTE! Make sure the device is on, and ensure the headphones and the device are within 1 m of each other.

  2. Press and hold the play/pause button for 3 seconds, until an acoustic signal sounds and the LED indicator flashes blue and red alternately. The headphones disconnect from any currently paired device and enter pairing mode.
    The headphones stay in pairing mode for up to 10 minutes.

  3. Go to Bluetooth settings on your device and select EHL100S to pair with your headphones.
    NOTE! If necessary, enter the passcode 0000 to pair the headphones to your device.
    When the headphones are paired, it is indicated by a blue steady light.
    The headphones can lose connection if the distance between the headphones and the device is more than 10 m.
    If the headphones do not automatically connect back within 10 seconds, press the play/pause button.

Turn on headphones

  1. Press and hold the play/pause button to turn on the headphones.
    When the headphones are on, the LED indicator flashes blue and red. When there is no pairing record, the device will enter pairing mode automatically when turned on.
    NOTE! To pair a new device, clear the pairing record. See the section, and pair headphones with the device.

Cha nge audio output during a call

  1. To switch between a device and headphones during a call, press the “-” button and the “+” button at the same time.
    NOTE! When the headphones are connected to a device, an acoustic signal sounds to indicate an incoming call.

Turn off headphones

  1. Press and hold the play/pause button for 3 seconds to turn off the headphones.
    When the headphones are off, the blue and red lights are lit for one second and then turn off.
    When the headphones are not being used or stored away, fold the earcups inwards to make them take up less space.

Charge headphones

  1. Connect the USB-C cable to the headphones.
  2. Plug in the USB-C cable to any certified USB power output or your computer.
    When the headphones charge, the LED indicator will turn red.
    When the headphones are fully charged, the LED indicator will turn off.

NOTE!

  • When charging the headphones, the controls on the headphones do not work.
  • When the voltage is below 10 %, the LED indicator starts to flash red to indicate a low battery.
  • When the voltage is below 3.2 V, the headphones turn off.

Use the headphones in passive mode (cable)
You can use the headphones as wired headphones to save battery.

  1. Connect one end of the 3.5 mm cable to the bottom of the headphones and the other end to the device.

NOTE! Using the headphones with the 3.5 mm cable, disables wireless functions.

Mut e and unmute the microphone

  1. To mute the microphone during a call, press and hold the “-” button for 2 seconds and release it when the acoustic signal sounds.
  2. To unmute the microphone during a call, press and hold the “+” button for 2 seconds and release it when the acoustic signal sounds.
