Quick Start Guide
- Please follow the steps below to start using your dock
- Step 1: Please plug the power supply into the DC-IN port(©)
- Step 2 : Please connect the Host||of the dock UDS035 and the full feature USB C port of the laptop via thunderbolt cable as provided
- Step 3: Use a standard Thunderbolt cable to connect Thunderbolt monitors via the Thunderbolt 4 port(6)
- Step 4: Use a standard HDMI cable to connect HDMI monitors via the HDMI port(0)
- Step 5: Use a standard DP cable to connect DP monitors via the DisplayPort)
- Step 6: Attach USB A, and USB C devices to the USB ports of the dock(03900).
- Attach SD and MicroSD cards to the card slots(3)
- Step 7: Connect the speaker/headphones or Microphones to the 3.5mm Audio/Mic port)
- Step 8: Connect an ethernet cable to the RJ45 Ethernet port(0)

Q: There is no video output after connecting the Thunderbolt 4 dock
- A: Please confirm your laptop with a Thunderbolt 4/3 port or full-feature USB C Power delivery port and non-M1/M2/Intel MacBooks. It is recommended to use a Thunderbolt 4.0 cable.
- Please attach the power supply to the DC-IN port.
- Please confirm your laptop is connected to the HOST port of the dock.
- Please confirm the use of the standard cable to connect your monitors.
Q: What should I do if the external monitor has a screen drop, black screen, or flickering?
- A: It is normal for a certain degree of flickering after the docking station is connected to an external monitor. It should disappear within a few seconds. If you encounter any screen problems after waking up your laptop, please restart the docking station;
- If your laptop or docking station has not been shut down for a long time and you experience screen problems, please restart the docking station.
- If your laptop does not with Thunderbolt 4 port, please try lowering the resolution.
Q: Can this dock support fast charging for my devices?
- A: This dock supports up to 60W charging for your laptop via the HOST port of the dock.
