Quick Start Guide
Step 1: Connect power adapter to USB-C Power(@) input port on the dock
Step 2: Connect the dock and laptop via USB HOST(@) and a USB-C to USB-C cable
as provided
Step 3: Connect two monitors via any two ports of HDMI l, HDMI 2 and VGA
Dual HD Extended Monitors Configuration
Step 4: Attach USB 3.0 and USB-C devices(USB driver, keyboard, mouse, printer etc.) to the USB ports on both the front and back of the dock(3,4,6,7), Insert SD card, TF/Micro SD card into SD/TF slot(5)
Step 5: Connect speaker/headphones or microphone to the front audio ports(2). Connect the Ethernet cable to RJ45 Ethernet port(13)
Troubleshooting
NO display output via HDMI and VGA.
- Please make sure the USB-C port of your devices(Laptop/Tablet) supports display output feature (Alt-mode DisplayPort)
- Please check if the connection between the monitors, dock and laptop is tight
- Please use the Standard HDMI and VGA cable, HDMI to HDMI and VGA to VGA cable is recommended
NO audio output from monitor
- Please make sure your monitor supports audio output function
- Set the external monitor as default audio output device
