Thank you for your purchase of the Tobenone 11-in-l USB C Dual Monitor Dock
UDS-022. This dual-monitor docking station can help to expand Windows laptop’s
USB C port to two HDMI, SD & microSD card slots, 3.5mm audio& Mic, USB-A,
USB-C, DC-IN, and RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet, so you can easily connect multi-
devices via one USB-C cable.

Note: This laptop Dual display dock only can work for Full-feature USB C Windows laptops, not for macOS!
Using Your Dock
Please follow the Below Steps to Using Your Dock
- Step 1: Please plug the power adapter into the DC-IN port((7)
- Step 2: Please connect the USB C host (11) of the dock UDS22 and the USB C port of the Windows laptop via USB-C cable as provided
- Step 3: Use a standard HDMI cable to connect the first HDMI monitors via HDMI l port(10)
- Step 4: Use a standard HDMI cable to connect the second HDMI monitor via HDMI 2 port(9)
- Step 5: Attach USB 3.0, USB 2.0, and USB-C devices to the USB ports of the dock(4, 5, 6). Attach SD and microSD cards to the card slots(2, 3)
- Step 6: Connect Speaker/headphones or Microphones to the audio port(1)
- Step 7: Connect the ethernet cable to the Ethernet port(8)

Troubleshooting
Q: There’s no video output after connecting the product.
A: Please make sure the port you are plugging into the product is USB C or
Thunderbolt 3/4 port which supports Power Delivery and Alt Mode DisplayPort.
You can check this by the manual of your laptop or contact your laptop
manufacturer for support.
Q: My USB device is detected, but it shows an unrecognized error on the
screen.
A: First connect the power supply to the DC-IN port, then connect all other
devices, and finally reset the SMC (System Management Controller) Please
unplug and plug in again.
