Care and Cleaning

Electrical Shock Hazard. Do not clean with metal scouring pads. Pieces can break off pad and touch electrical parts, causing a risk of electric shock.

  1. Unplug Oven and let cool completely.
  2. Wash Oven Rack, Bake/Broil Pan, Air Fry Basket and Crumb Tray in hot, soapy water. Rinse and dry.
  3. Wipe Control Panel display with a slightly damp sponge and dry. Protect display when cleaning any other surfaces.
  4. Use a nonabrasive stainless steel cleaner to clean exterior stainless steel areas. Apply cleaner with a soft, lint-free cloth.
  5. Wipe inside of Oven with a damp, soapy cloth. Repeat with a damp, clean cloth. For stubborn stains, use a plastic scouring pad.

Troubleshooting

In case of power interruption:

  • If power is lost for less than 15 seconds, Oven will remember settings and continue to cook. If power is lost for 15 seconds to 1 minute, Oven stops cooking. Press Control Knob to Start. If power is lost for more than 1 minute, Oven goes into sleep mode and will not remember any settings. Press any button to activate Control Panel.

How large a bake pan will the Oven hold?

  • The Oven will hold up to 10″ round or square cake pan, 10″ pie plate or 12″ pizza pan.

How big a chicken will the Oven handle?

  • The Oven will hold up to 3 1/2 pounds (1.6 kg) chicken pieces.

When should I chose airdry, bake or broil?

  • Choose airdry to brown and crisp foods quickly.
  • Choose bake for foods such as roasts, potatoes, or cakes.
  • Choose broil to brown foods such as beef, chicken, fish, pork, and casseroles.

Fan continues to run after Oven is turned off.

  • This is normal. After cooking cycle ends, fan runs for a short time to cool Oven and Control Panel.

If I want to toast bread, what setting is best?

  • Toast mode is best for toasting both sides of sliced breads or English muffins. Use broil mode for open-faced sandwiches, bagels, baguettes and crostini. Broil mode activates top heating element and is great when toasting is required on one side only (e.g. bagels or English muffins), or the breads can be “flipped” when desired level of browning is reached.

Does Oven turn off when timer sounds?

  • Oven operates like a traditional oven. Timer does not automatically turn Oven off. Press Control Knob to turn Oven off.

Where is the Slide-Out Crumb Tray?

  • Slide-Out Crumb Tray is located in front of unit under Oven door. Oven continues to cook after timer reaches 00:00.
  • Bake, airdry, and dehydrate are designed to operate like a traditional oven, and timer does not automatically turn off the burner elements when time expires. This is intended to allow the user to continue cooking without re-setting the oven temperature if more cooking time is required after the timer expires. Press Control Knob to manually shut Oven off.

Error codes Err1, Err2, Err3, Err4 flashing in Display.

  • Unplug Oven. Call Customer Service.
