ASSEMBLY GUIDE
Congratulations, you are now the owner of a brand new ergonomic chair!
To best enjoy the comfort of the chair, you have to put it together first!
This assembly guide will take you through the assembly process. To make sure
the assembly goes well, please follow the instructions, and especially the
important safety information.
It is possible to assemble the chair on your own, but it is recommended to
have a second person to make it easier and safer.
Please check if there are any missing parts from the package before starting.
If there is any issue, please don’t hesitate to drop us an email and we’ll
help you out ASAP.
If you run into any difficulty when assembling the chair, remember to check
out the assembly video to see if you’ve missed anything. If you’re unable to
resolve the problem, just send us an email and our support team will assist
you.

Package List
- Without further ado, we kindly suggest you to list all parts needed for the chair first.

Assembly Instruction
Step 1:
Split the Base (5) into A and B parts. Turn
the Base (5) A part upside down, align the Legs (6) into the Base and press
the Legs (6) down. Use the Wrench (12) to screw Five Bolts (11) into the pre-
drilled screw holes to fix the Base and the Legs.
Step 2:
Both hands are forced at the same time to press the Casters (7) into the holes at the end of each Leg(6).
Step 3:
Snap part B on top of A.
Insert the Gas Lift (8) into the center hole of the Base(5).
Step 4:
Attach the Backrest (1) to the Armrests (3)1(L)1(R) using Bolts (9)*4 by
Wrench (12) as shown.
Note 1: Bolts are only tightened 50%.
Note 2: Before screwing in the bolts, please make sure the bumps on the
backrest and the grooves on the armrests have been matched.
Step 5:
Attach the Left and Right Armrests (3) to the Seat Cushion (2) with Four
Bolts (10) by Wrench (12).
Note 1: Armrests are labeled with an “L” (left) or “R” (right) to show
which sides they should be placed on.
Note 2: The bolts here only need to be tightened to about 50% make sure
it have space to adjust in the next steps.
Note 3: Please install in the order indicated as shown.
Step 6:
Using Wrench (12), 100% completely tighten the Bolts (10)4 and (9)4 100%
that have been secured.
Step 7:
Attach the Mechanism (4) to the bottom of the Seat Cushion (2) using Bolts (9)
*4 by Wrench (12) as shown.
Note 1: Please make sure that the “front” mark of the mechanism matches the direction marked on the seat cushion.
Step 8:
Position the assembled Seat Cushion upright with the Mechanism (4) facing
down. Insert the Gas Lift (8) into the center hole of the Mechanism (4) and
press down until fully engaged.
CAUTION:
Make sure all bolts and screws are fully tightened before using chair. Lubricate all moving parts and tighten all bolts/screws every 6 months or whenever needed.
Instructions For Use

Operating the tilt lockout
To let your chair tilt back, pull the control handle out.
To stop your chair from tilting, sit forward, then push the control handle in. -
Armrests adjustment
The armrest can be adjusted. Make it up and down if you need. -
Tilt Tension: Long stem under the seat with knob
To increase tension:
While seated, turn knob forward (Counter clockwise).
To decrease tension:
While seated, turn knob backward (Clockwise ).
Set the tilt tension to control the resistance you feel when leaning back.

Seat Height: Paddle-shaped lever on the right side
To raise:
While taking your weight off chair, lift lever up.
To lower:
While seated, lift lever up.
At the proper height, your feet should rest flat on the floor.
Safety And Maintenance
- Do not stand on the chair, Do not use the chair as a stepladder.
- Use this product for seating one person at a time.
- Do not use the chair unless all bolts and screws are firmly secured.
- Avoid contact with sharp objects to prevent puncturing the fabric.
- Every 6 months, check all bolts and screws to ensure they are tight.
- To clean, spot clean only using a damp towel and mild cleaner, first test on a small, unseen area of fabric.
- Chair weight limit not to exceed 300 lbs.
Safety Information

Sit in the center of the chair, with your back to the backrest.

Do not sit at the front edge of the chair.

Do not stand on the chair.

Do not use the chair with more than one person.

Do not push the chair around when a person is sitting in it.

Do not push down on the backrest when a person is reclined.

Do not place all your weight on only the backrest.
