Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Assembling the Legs and Drive Rod
- Align the holes of the Left Leg (2) and Drive Rod (4).
- Use Wrench (M-F) to secure both with Screw (M-A).
Step 2: Attaching the Right Leg to the Drive Rod
- Insert Drive Rod (4) into the hole of the Right Leg (3).
- If it cannot be inserted, tilt the Right Leg (3) slightly until they’re matched.
Step 3: Installing the Beam to the Legs
- Install Beam (1) to the Legs (2 & 3) using Wrench (M-G) and Screws (M-B)*6.
Step 4: Attaching the Leg Base to the Legs
- Install Leg Base (6)2 to the Legs (2 & 3) using Wrench (M-G) and Screws (M-C)8.
Step 5: Adding Side Plates to the Legs
- Install Side Plate (5)2 on each side of the Legs (2 & 3) using Wrench (M-G) and Screws (M-B)4.
Step 6: Attaching Silicone Sheets to the Beam
- Fix the Silicone Sheet (16)*2 to the corresponding position on the Beam (1).
Step 7: Assembling the Boards and Connection Plates
- Fix Boards (7a & 7b) with Wooden Pin (14)*4.
- Install Desk Connection Plate (12)3 to the middle of the Boards using a screwdriver and Screws (M-D)10.
- Install Desk Connection Hook (8)2 to both sides of the Boards using a screwdriver and Screws (M-D)12.
Step 8: Attaching Silicone Sheets to the Boards
- Fix the Silicone Sheet (16)*8 to the corresponding hole position on the Boards (7a & 7b).
Step 9: Securing the Legs to the Boards
- Secure the Leg part to the Boards (7a & 7b) using a screwdriver and Screws (M-E)*8.
- Ensure the alignment of the Silicone Sheet (16)*8.
Step 10: Connecting the Motor, Hand Controller, and Power Supply
- Connect the motor at the Left Leg (2), Hand Controller (9), and Power Supply (10) in turn.
Step 11: Installing the Hand Controller and Cable Clip
- Install Hand Controller (9) to Board (7a) using a screwdriver and Screws (M-D)*2.
- Secure the connecting cable with Cable Clip (15)*2 and glue it to the bottom of the Board.
Step 12: Installing the Drawer
- Prepare the Drawer (11).
- Using a screwdriver, install it to Board (7a) with Screws (M-E)*4.
Step 13: Inserting Cable Hole Covers
- Insert Cable Hole Cover (13)*2 into the hole in Board (7b).
Using the Controller
Raise the Desk
- Press the v button to raise the desk continuously until it reaches the highest position or the button is released.
Lower the Desk
- Press the v button to lower the desk continuously until it reaches the lowest position or the button is released.
Select Height Setting 1
- Press the 1 button, and the desk will move to the height that was previously set for that button.
Select Height Setting 2
- Press the 2 button, and the desk will move to the height that was previously set for that button.
Select Height Setting 3
- Press the 3 button, and the desk will move to the height that was previously set for that button.
Save Current Height Setting
- Short-press the S button, and the screen will show ‘S-‘. Press the 1, 2, or 3 buttons to save the current height setting to that button. When you press the 1, 2, or 3 button, the desk will move to the height that was previously set for that button. Any button press will stop the desk.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What tools are required during installation?
A: A screwdriver, Wrench (M-F), Wrench (M-G), and Screws (M-A, M-B, M-C, M-D, M-E) are required during the installation. Please prepare them in advance.

Installation Instructions
A screwdriver is required during the installation please prepare it in advance.
Step 1
- Align the holes of Left Leg (2) and Drive Rod (4), using Wrench (M-F) to secure both with Screw (M-A).
Step 2
- Insert Drive Rod (4) into the hole of the Right Leg (3). If it cannot be inserted tilt Right Leg (3) slightly until they’re matched.
Step 3
- As shown, use Wrench (M-G), install Beam (1) to the Legs (2&3) with Screws (M-B)*6.
Step 4
- Using Wrench (M-G), install Leg Base (6)2 to the Legs (2&3) respectively with Screws (M-C)8.
Step 5
- Using Wrench (M-G), install Side Plate (5)2 on each side of the Legs (2&3) with Screws (M-B)4.
Step 6
- Fix Silicone Sheet (16)*2 to the corresponding position on the Beam (1).
Step 7
- Fix Boards (7a&7b) with Wooden Pin (14)4. Use a screwdriver, with Screws (M-D)10, and install the Desk Connection Plate (12)3 to the middle of the Boards, and Desk Connection Hook (8)2 to both sides of the Boards.
Step 8
- Fix the Silicone Sheet (16)*8 to the corresponding hole position on the Boards (7a&7b).
Step 9
- Use a screwdriver, to secure the Leg part to the Boards (7a&7b) with Screws (M-E)8. Please align the Silicone Sheet (16)8
Step 10
- As shown, connect the motor at the Left Leg (2), Hand Controller (9) and Power Supply (10) in turn.
Step 11
- Using a screwdriver, install Hand Controller (9) to the Board (7a) with Screws (M-D)2. Secure the connecting cable with Cable Clip (15)2 and glue it to the bottom of the Board.
Step 12
- Prepare the Drawer (11). Using a screwdriver, install it to the Board (7a) with Screws (M-E)*4.
Step 13
- Insert Cable Hole Cover (13)*2 into the hole in the Board (7b).
Using the Controller
Raise the Desk
- Press the button to raise the desk continuously until it reaches the highest position or the button is released.

- Press the button to lower the desk continuously until it reaches the lowest position or the button is released.
Select Height Setting 1
- Press the button, and the desk will move to the height that was previously set for that button.

- Press the button, and the desk will move to the height that was previously set for that button.
Save Current Height Setting
- Short-press the button, and the screen will show ‘S-’ .Press the , , or button to save the current height setting to that button. When you press the , , or button, the desk will move to the height that was previously set for that button. Any button-press will stop the desk.
Settings
Reset
- Press and hold the button until ‘rst’ is displayed. Continue holding until the desk goes down to its lowest level and comes back up slightly.
- Release the button, and reset is complete. If the button is released during the reset procedure, reset will stop. The desk won’t work until reset is done correctly.
Child Lock
- Press and hold the and buttons together for 5 seconds to turn child lock on. The screen will show ‘LOC’ and the buttons will be disabled.
- Turn child lock off the same way.
Settings Menu
- Press and hold the button for 5 seconds to enter the settings menu. Short-press the button to navigate through the menu.
- Short-press the or button to adjust the settings. Long-press the or button to quickly adjust the height settings. Press and hold the button again to save the changes. ‘SUS’ will be displayed if saving is successful (or ‘FAL’ if saving fails). If there is no button-press for 10 seconds, the settings menu will be exited automatically.
Power-Saving Mode
- The screen will turn off if there is no button-press for a minute. Any button-press will turn the screen on again.
Protection Mode Error Codes
SC0
- Standby Overvoltage Protection: Standby voltage too high. Power off the desk, check the connection between power and the controller, and power on again. If error code persists, please contact technical support.
SC1
- Power Supply Overvoltage Protection: Input voltage too high. If the correct AC adapter is being used, power off the desk, check the connection between power and the controller, and power on again. If error code persists, please contact technical support.
SC4
- Operating Overvoltage Protection: Operating voltage too high. Power off the desk, check the connection between power and the controller, and power on again. If error code persists, please contact technical support.
hot
- Overheating Protection: When the motor has been working continuously for too long, it will stop operating to prevent overheating. Wait for at least 18 minutes (until error code disappears) before making any further height adjustment.

- Power Supply Overvoltage Protection (during use): Input voltage too high. Error clears when power supply voltage returns to normal. If error code persists, please contact technical support.

- Reset Warning: Continue to complete reset.

- Short Circuit Protection: Power off, check the cable connections, and power back on again. If error persists, please contact technical support.

- Overloading Protection: Max load exceeded. Error code will persist for 20 seconds (DO NOT operate). Take the things off the desk and confirm there is no mechanical damage before trying again.

- Motor Phase Error Protection: Power off, check the cable connection between the motor and the controller, and power back on again. Then follow the reset instructions. If error code persists, please contact technical support.

- Sensor Malfunction Warning: Motor sensor can’t be detected. Power off, check the cable connection between the motor and the controller, and power back on again. Then follow the reset instructions. If error code persists, please contact technical support.

- Anti-Collision System Warning: Impact detected. The desk will move 2″ (50mm) in the opposite direction and stop.

- Cable Disconnection Warning: Check motor and controller cable connections. Normal operation should return once all connectors are properly connected. If error code persists, please contact technical support.

- Mechanical Failure Warning: Check if there is any structural damage or motor fault.
