1.1.2 For Models with Water Dispenser

t Pressure for cold water inlet shall be maximum 90 psi (6.2 bar). If your water pressure exceeds 80 psi (5.5 bar), use a pressure limiting valve in your mains system. If you do not know how to check your water pressure, ask for the help of a professional plumber.
t If there is risk of water hammer effect in your installation, always use a water hammer prevention equipment in your installation. Consult Professional plumbers if you are not sure that there is no water hammer effect in your installation.
t Do not install on the hot water inlet. Take precautions against of the risk of freezing of the hoses. Water temperature operating interval shall be 33°F (0.6°C) minimum and 100°F (38°C) maximum.
t Use drinking water only.

Points to be paid attention to when the relocation of the refrigerator
1. Your refrigerator should be unplugged.Before transportation of your refrigerator, it should be emptied and cleaned.
2. Before it is re-packaged, shelves, accessories, crisper, etc. inside your refrigerator should be fixed with adhesive tape and secured against impacts. Package should be bound with a thick tape or sound ropes and the transportation rules on the package should be strictly observed.
3. Original packaging and foam materials should be kept for future transportations or moving. Before you start the refrigerator, Check the following before you start to use your refrigerator:
1. Attach 2 plastic wedges as illustrated below. Plastic wedges are intended to keep the distance which will ensure the air circulation between your refrigerator and the wall. (The picture is drawn up as a representation and it is not identical with your product.)

2. Clean the interior of the refrigerator as recommended in the “Maintenance and cleaning” section.
3. Connect the plug of the refrigerator to the wall socket. When the fridge door is opened, fridge internal lamp will turn on.
4. When the compressor starts to operate, a sound will be heard. The liquid and gases sealed within the refrigeration system may also give rise to noise, even if the compressor is not running and this is quite normal.
5. Front edges of the refrigerator may feel warm. This is normal. These areas are designed to be warm to avoid condensation.

Electrical connection
Connect your product to a grounded socket which is being protected by a fuse with the appropriate capacity.
Important: The connection must be in compliance with national regulations.
t The power plug must be easily accessible after installation.
t Electrical safety of your refrigerator shall be guaranteed only if the earth system in your house complies with standards.
t The voltage stated on the label located at left inner side of your product should be equal to your network voltage.
t Extension cables and multi plugs must not be used for connection.

Disposing of the packaging

Placing and Installation
A If the entrance door of the room
where the refrigerator will be installed is not wide enough for the refrigerator to pass through, then call the authorized service to have them remove the doors of your refrigerator and pass it sideways through the door.
1. Install your refrigerator to a place that allows ease of use.
2. Keep your refrigerator away from heat sources, humid places and direct sunlight.
3. Do not place your product on the materials such as rug or carpet.
4. Place your refrigerator on an even floor surface to prevent jolts.
5. Your product requires adequate air circulation to function efficiently. If the product will be placed in an alcove, remember to leave at least 5 cm clearance between the product and the ceiling, rear wall and the side walls.
6. If the product will be placed in an alcove, remember to leave at least 5 cm clearance between the product and the ceiling, rear wall and the side walls. Check if the rear wall clearance protection component is present at its location (if provided with the product). If the component is not available, or if it is lost or fallen, position the product so that at least 5 cm clearance shall be left between the rear surface of the product and the wall of the room. The clearance at the rear is important for efficient operation of the product.

t The condenser of your appliance is located on the back as shown below. In order to achieve better energy efficiency with lower energy consumption, please pull the condenser towards yourself as illustrated in picture below. The condenser position will be fixed firmly by means of locking mechanisim of the top holders on each side.

Adjusting the legs
If your refrigerator is unbalanced;
You can balance your refrigerator by turning its front legs as illustrated in the figure. The corner where the leg exists is lowered when you turn in the direction of black arrow and raised when you turn in the opposite direction. Taking help from someone to slightly lift the refrigerator will facilitate this process.

Changing the illumination lamp
To change the Bulb/LED used for illumination of your refrigerator, call your AuthorisedService. The lamp(s) used in this appliance is not suitable for household room illumination. The intended purpose of this lamp is to assist the user to place foodstuffs in the refrigerator/freezer in a safe and comfortable way.The lamps used in this appliance have to withstand extreme physical conditions such as temperatures below -20 °C. (only chest and upright freezer)

4 Preparation
t For a freestanding appliance; `this refrigerating appliance is not intended to be used as a built-in appliance’.
t Your cooler/freezer should be installed at least 30 cm away from heat sources such as hobs, ovens, central heater and stoves and at least 5 cm away from electrical ovens and should not be located under direct sunlight.
t Please make sure that the interior of your cooler/freezer is cleaned thoroughly.
t If two coolers are to be installed side by side, there should be at least 2 cm distance between them.
t When you operate your cooler/freezer for the first time, please observe the following instructions during the initial six hours.
t Its door should not be opened frequently.
t It must be operated empty without placing any food in it.
t Do not unplug your cooler/freezer. If a power failure occurs out of your control, please see the warnings in the “Recommended solutions for the problems” section.
t The baskets/drawers that are provided with the chill compartment must always be in use for low energy consumption and for better storage conditions.
t Food contact with the temperature sensor in the freezer compartment may increase energy consumption of the appliance. Thus any contact with the sensor(s) must be avoided.
t This product has been designed to function at ambient temperatures up to 43 °C (90 SDgrF). Even if the

ambient temperature falls to -15 °C, frozen food in the freezer does not thaw thanks to its Advanced Electronic Temperature Control System. For the first installation, the product should NOT be placed under low ambient temperatures. This is because the freezer cannot go down to standard operation temperature. When reaching continuous operation, the product can be moved to another place. Thus, later you can place your product in the garage or an unheated room without the concern of causing frozen food to get rotten. However, it is likely that above mentioned low temperatures may cause the freezing of the food in the fridge compartment; thus, please consume the food items in the fridge in a controlled way as needed. When ambient temperature goes back to normal, you may change button setting according to your need. t If the ambient temperature is below 0°C, the food in fridge compartment will freeze. Therefore, we recommend not using the fridge compartment in such low ambient temperatures. You may continue to use the freezer compartment as usual. t In some models, the instrument panel automatically turns off 5 minutes after the door has closed. It will be reactivated when the door has opened or pressed on any key.

t Due to temperature change as a result of opening/closing the product door during operation, condensation on the door/body shelves and the glass containers is normal.
t Since hot and humid air will not directly penetrate into your product when the doors are not opened, your product will optimize itself in conditions sufficient to protect your food. Functions and components such as compressor, fan, heater, defrost, lighting, display and so on will operate according to the needs to consume minimum energy under these circumstances.
t In case of multiple options are present glass shelves must be placed so that the air outlets at the backwall are not blocked, prefably air outlets are remaining below the glass shelf. This combination may help impoving air distribution and energy efficiency.

5 Using your refrigerator

Temperature setting button
Temperature setting button allows you to make the temperature setting of your refrigerator.
Setting the temperature of your refrigerator
The overall temperature setting of your refrigerator is made by means of the temperature setting button on the right wall of the fridge compartment. This button has 5 different temperature setting position. Select the position suitable to your needs.

Vacation Function
If the doors of the product are not opened for 12 hours after the thermostat is switched to the hottest position, then the vacation function will be activated automatically.
Open the door of the product or change the thermostat setting to cancel the function.
Vacation function is optional. It may vary depending on the product type and may not be contained in every product.
It is not recommended to store food in cooler compartment when the vacation function is active.

Dual cooling system
Your refrigerator is equipped with two separate cooling systems to cool the fresh food compartment and freezer compartment. Thus, air in the fresh food compartment and freezer compartment do not get mixed. Thanks to these two separate cooling systems, cooling speed is much higher then other refrigerators. Odours in the compartments do not get mixed. Also additional power saving is provided since the automatic defrosting is performed individually.

Freezing fresh food
t It must be preferred to wrap or cover the food before placing them in the refrigerator.
t Hot food must cool down to the room temperature before putting them in the refrigerator.
t The foodstuff that you want to freeze must be fresh and in good quality.
t Foodstuff must be divided into portions according to the family’s daily or meal based consumption needs.
t The foodstuff must be packaged in an airtight manner to prevent them from drying even if they are going to be kept for a short time.
t Materials to be used for packaging must be tear-proof and resistant to cold, humidity, odor, oils and acids and they must also be airtight. Moreover, they must be well closed and they must be made from easyto-use materials that are suitable for deep freeze usage.
t Frozen food must be used immediately after they are thawed and they should never be re-frozen.
t Please observe the following instructions to obtain the best results. 1. Do not freeze too large
quantities of food at one time. The quality of the food is best preserved when it is frozen right through to the core as quickly as possible.
2. Placing warm food into the freezer compartment causes the cooling system to operate continuously until the food is frozen solid.
3. Take special care not to mix already frozen food and fresh food.

Stopping your product
If your thermostat is equipped with “0” position:
– Your product will stop operating when you turn the thermostat button to “0” (zero) position. Your product will not start unless to you turn the thermostat button to position “1” or one of the other positions again.
If your thermostat is equipped with “min” position:
– Unplug your product to stop it.

Chill compartment
Chill compartment is ideal for storing solid dairy products meat, fish and poultry. Chill compartment temperature remains between -2°C and +3°C, slightly colder than freshfood compartment.
Prior to placing in the freezing compartment for storage, it is advised that you place such foodstuffs in chill compartment first for energy saving and better storage performance. If chill compartment is full, you may use freshfood compartment for this purpose.
It is not recommended to store vegetables and fruits in chill compartment.
The chill compartment drawer is optional to use. The appliance fulfills the chill compartment temperature storage requirements with and without the drawer provided.
You can increase the inner volume of your refrigerator by removing the drawer of chill compartment. Pull the drawer towards yourself until it is stopped by the stopper. Raise the front part for approximately 1 cm and pull the compartment towards yourself again to remove it completely.

Making ice

Rotary storage container
(in some models) Sliding body shelf can be moved to left or right in order to allow you place the tall bottles, jars or boxes to the lower shelf (Fig. 1) You can reach the food that you have placed into the shelf by grabbing and turning it from its right edge (Fig.2). When you want to load or remove it to clean, turn it by 90 degrees, raise it up and pull towards yourself (Fig. 3-4).

Turn the knobs on the ice reservoirs clockwise by 90 degrees.
Ice cubes in the reservoirs will fall down into the ice storage container below.
You may take out the ice storage container and serve the ice cubes.

Description and cleaning of odor filter

Pull the cover into which the odor filter is installed downwards from the front section and remove as illustrated. Leave the filter under sunlight for one day. 6 Maintenance and cleaning

A Never use gasoline, benzene or
similar substances for cleaning purposes.

Informaii despre ambalaj
Ambalajul produsului este produs din materiale reciclabile, conform reglementrilor noastre naionale de mediu. Nu depozitai ambalajul împreun cu gunoiul menajer sau cu alte deeuri. Depozitai-l în punctele de colectare a ambalajelor amenajate de autoritile locale.
Avertisment HCA
Dac produsul dvs. este echipat cu un sistem de rcire cu R600a: Acest gaz este inflamabil. Din acest motiv, avei grij s nu deteriorai sistemul de rcire i conductele în timpul utilizrii i transportului. În cazul deteriorrii, ferii produsul de potenialele surse de incendiu i ventilai încperea în care se afl. Ignorai acest avertisment dac produsul dvs. este echipat cu un sistem de rcire cu R134a. Instruciuni pentru transportul ulterior al frigiderului
1. Frigiderul trebuie golit i curat înainte de a fi transportat.
2. Rafturile, accesoriile, compartimentul pentru legume etc. trebuie fixate cu band adeziv pentru a evita deplasarea acestora.
3. Ambalajul trebuie fixat cu band groas i sfoar rezistent; respectai regulile de transport tiprite pe ambalaj.
Reinei… Reciclând materialele protejai natura i resursele naionale.
Pentru informaii despre reciclarea ambalajului, luai legtura cu organizaiile de protecie a mediului sau cu autoritile locale.
Înainte de a utiliza frigiderul
Înainte de a utiliza frigiderul, verificai urmtoarele aspecte:
1. Interiorul frigiderului este uscat, iar aerul poate circula liber în partea posterioar?
2. Montai cei 2 distanieri din plastic conform figurii. Distanierii din plastic vor asigura distana necesar între frigider i perete, permiând circulaia aerului. (Figura are rol exemplificativ, fiind posibil s nu corespund întocmai produsului dvs.).

3. Curai interiorul frigiderului conform recomandrilor din seciunea “Întreinere i curare”.
4. Conectai frigiderul la priz. La deschiderea uii, lampa frigiderului se va aprinde.
5. Vei auzi un zgomot care semnalizeaz pornirea compresorului. De asemenea, este posibil s auzii alte sunete provenite de la lichidele i gazele din sitemul de rcire, indiferent dac compresorul funcioneaz sau nu; aceste zgomote sunt normale.

6. Este posibil ca muchiile frontale ale frigiderului s se înclzeasc. Acest fenomen este normal. Aceste zone se înclzesc pentru a evita condensul.
Conexiunea electric
Conectai produsul la o priz cu pmântare i cu o siguran de capacitate adecvat.

Îndeprtarea ambalajului
Ambalajele pot fi periculoase pentru copii. Nu lsai ambalajele la îndemâna copiilor; depozitai-le la deeuri conform normelor în vigoare. Nu le depozitai împreun cu deeurile menajere.
Ambalajul frigiderului este produs din materiale reciclabile.
Depozitarea la deeuri a frigiderului vechi
Depozitai la deeuri în mod ecologic frigiderul vechi.
t Pentru informaii despre depozitarea la deeuri, putei lua legtura cu distribuitorul autorizat, cu serviciul de salubritate sau cu autoritile locale.

Înainte de a depozita frigiderul la deeuri, tiai techerul i, dac ua este dotat cu sisteme de blocare, distrugei-le pentru a împiedica blocarea copiilor în interior.
Amplasarea i instalarea
A Dac ua încperii unde urmeaz
s amplasai frigiderul este prea îngust pentru a permite introducerea frigiderului, apelai la service-ul autorizat pentru demontarea uilor frigiderului, pentru ca acesta s poat încpea.
1. Instalai frigiderul astfel încât s fie uor accesibil.
2. Ferii frigiderul de surse de cldur, de umiditate crescut i de lumina direct a soarelui.
3. Pentru eficiena funcionrii, asigurai un spaiu de ventilare suficient în jurul frigiderului. Dac frigiderul este amplasat într-o ni în perete, trebuie s existe o distan de minim 5 cm între acesta i tavan i perei. Dac podeaua este acoperit cu covor, frigiderul trebuie ridicat la 2,5 cm de podea.
4. Amplasai frigiderul pe o suprafa plan, pentru a evita dezechilibrarea sa.

Dac frigiderul este instabil;
Echilibrai frigiderul rotind picioarele frontale conform figurii. Pentru a coborî un col, rotii piciorul în sensul sgeii negre; pentru a-l ridica, rotii în sens opus. Acest proces este mai simplu dac o alt persoan ridic uor frigiderul.

În cazul unei pene de curent, citii avertismentele din seciunea “Soluii recomandate pentru probleme”.

pentru a funciona la temperaturile specificate în tabelul de jos i este echipat cu un Sistem electronic avansat de control al temperaturii [AETCS], care asigur meninerea

alimentelor congelate la temperatura recomandat [4 – poziia patru a butonului], chiar dac temperatura ambiental scade pân la -15 °C. La instalare, produsul NU TREBUIE amplasat în zone cu temperaturi sczute, deoarece congelatorul nu se va rci. Dup ce congelatorul a ajuns la temperatura aleas, aparatul poate fi mutat. Astfel, putei instala aparatul într-un garaj sau într-o alt încpere neînclzit, fr ca alimentele congelate s se strice. Totui, la temperaturile ambientale reduse menionate mai sus, alimentele din frigider pot s înghee; este recomandat s verificai i s consumai dac este cazul alimentele din frigider. Când temperatura ambiental revine la normal, putei muta butonul la temperatura dorit.
C Dac temperatura ambiental
este sub 0 °C, alimentele din frigider vor înghea. Din acest motiv, nu este indicat s folosii frigiderul la temperaturi sczute. Congelatorul poate fi folosit ca de obicei.
CLa unele modele, panoul de
instrumente se oprete automat la 5 minute dup închiderea uii. Va fi reactivat atunci când ua a fost deschis sau când este apsat orice tast.

CDeoarece aerul cald i umed nu
va ptrunde direct în produsul dvs. atunci când uile nu sunt deschise, produsul dvs. se va optimiza în condiii suficiente pentru a v proteja alimentele. Cu aceast funcie de economisire a energiei, funciile i componentele, cum ar fi compresorul, ventilatorul, radiatorul, dezghearea, iluminatul, afiajul i aa mai departe, vor funciona în funcie de necesitile de consum de energie minim, meninând în acelai timp prospeimea alimentelor dvs.

5 Folosirea frigiderului dumneavoastr

Configurarea temperaturii globale a frigiderului dumneavoastr se face cu ajutorul butonului de configurare a temperaturii de pe peretele din dreapta al compartimentului rcitorului. Acest buton are 5 poziii diferite de configurare a temperaturii. Alegei poziia adecvat pentru nevoile dvs.

Funcia Vacan
Dac ua aparatului nu este deschis timp de 12 ore dup ce termostatul este mutat la temperatura cea mai ridicat, funcia Vacan va fi activat automat.

Compartiment de zero grade
Acest compartiment este destinat pstrrii alimentelor congelate care trebuie decongelate lent (carne, pete, pui etc.). Compartimentul de zero grade este cea mai rece zon din frigider, în care putei pstra în condiii ideale produse lactate (brânz, unt), carne, pui sau pete. Nu introducei legume i/sau fructe în acest compartiment.

Producerea de ghea
*opional Umplei recipientul pentru ghea cu ap i introducei-l în congelator. Gheaa va fi gata în aprox. 2 ore.
Putei scoate gheaa din recipientul pentru ghea îndeprtându-l din congelator i rsucindu-l.

Recipient rotativ
Raftul culisant poate fi mutat la stânga sau la dreapta, permiând amplasarea borcanelor, cutiilor sau sticlelor înalte pe un raft inferior (Fig. 1). Putei ajunge la alimentele amplasate pe raft apucându-l de partea sa dreaptã i rotindu-l (Fig. 2). Pentru a introduce alimente sau a-l curãa, rotii-l cu 90 de grade, ridicai-l i tragei-l spre dvs. (Fig. 3-4).

Descrierea i curarea filtrului de miros:

alimente gtite în ulei în recipiente fr capac, deoarece acestea vor deteriora suprafeele din plastic ale frigiderului. Dac uleiul ajunge pe suprafeele din plastic, curai-le i cltii-le imediat cu ap cald.

Compresorul nu funcioneaz.

Sistemul de protecie termic a compresorului se va activa în cazul penelor de curent sau în cazul deconectrii i reconectrii la priz, întrucât presiunea din sistemul de rcire nu este înc echilibrat. Frigiderul va porni dup circa 6 minute. Contactai un centru de service dac frigiderul nu pornete dup aceast perioad.

MESAJ / AVERTISMENT

Unele defecte (simple) pot fi tratate în mod adecvat de ctre utilizatorul final fr nicio probem

de siguran sau utilizare nesigur, cu condiia s fie efectuate în limitele i în conformitate cu

urmtoarele instruciuni (vezi seciunea “Autoreparare”).

Astfel, cu excepia cazului în care seciunea “Autoreparare” de mai jos autorizeaz alt aciune,

reparaiile trebuie efectuarte de reparatori profesioniti pentru a evita probelemele de siguran.

Un reparator profesionist are acces la instruciuni i la lista cu piese de rezerv pentru acest

produs de la productor, potrivit metodele descrise în actele legislative care urmeaz Directiva

2009/125/EC.
Cu toate acestea, doar agentul de service (adic reparatorii profesioniti autorizai) pe care îl putei contacta cu ajutorul numrului de telefon oferit în manualul de utilizare/certificatul de garanie sau dealerul dvs. autorizat poate oferi service în termenii garaniei. care nu sunt atribuibile Beko, i vor anula garania produsului.

Prin urmare, este recomandat ca utilizatorii finali s se abin de la a încerca s efectueze

reparaii care ies din lista menionat cu piese de schimb, contactând în aceste cazuri reparatori

profesioniti sau reparatori autorizai. Din contr, astfel de încercri efectuate de utilizatorii finali

de mai sus.

Disponibilitatea de piese de schimb pentru frigiderul pe care ai cumprat-o este de 10 ani.

În aceast perioad, piesele de schimb originale vor fi disponibile pentru operarea adecvat a

frigiderul. Durata minim a garaniei pentru frigiderul pe care l-ai achiziionat este de 24 de luni.
