What’s in the Box

important Safety Information

• Do not use the headset at a high volume for any extended period ta prevent hearing damage.
• Removal of the battery in the headset shall NOT be conducted on your own.
• Do not expose the headset to moisture, extreme of prolonged heat, cold, humidity, or other adverse conditions. Clean the unit with a soft cloth or damp chamois leather. Never use solvents.
• Keep the headset, accessories and packaging parts out of reach of children to prevent accidents. They may hurt themselves or damage the headset.
• Do not drop, crush, bend or apply excessive force to the device.

Headset Overview

MFB (Multi-Function Button)

• PowerOn
  • Press the MFB button for 3 seconds, you will hear a voice prompt, “Power On”.
• Power Off
  • Press the MFB button for 5 seconds, you will hear a voice prompt, “Power Off’,
• Language Switch
  • When not connected, double-click the MFB button to switch the language for English mode, German mode or Japanese mode.
• Answer/End a call
  • Single press the MFB button ta answer the call and press it again to end the call.
• Reject a call
  • Double click the MFB button to reject the call,
• Redial last outgoing call
  • Double click the MFB button to redial last outgoing number.
• Play or Pause music
  • While music playing, single press the MFB button to play or pause the music.

Mute Button

• During a call, you can mute the microphone.
  • Press the Mute button, you will hear a voice prompt, “mute on” or “mute off”.
• Voice assistant(e.g. Sell/GoogleAsslstant, etc.)
  • Press and hold the Mute Button for 2 seconds to activate your phone’s default voice assistant. Support for this is phone dependent.
• Volume Button
  • Adjust the Volume : Press the Volume”+” or Volume “-”  during a call or while streaming audio.
  • Next/Previous Song : Long press the Volume’+” or Volume “-“.
  • (Action required for Android devices : Settings> Bluetooth > select connected “CO 1” >Settings> Sync volume with phone)

Charge Your Headset

• The headset is with a built-in lithium-ion polymer battery, ii takes about 1.5 hours to fully charge the headset. (Charging voltage 5V, current 0.5A-2A)
• Plug the Type-C cable into the headset charging port.
• Attach USB cable to PC’s USB port or USB wall charger.
• The indicator turns long red while charging, turns blue while full of charge.
• Please stop using headset while charging.
• When the battery is too law, you will hear a voice prompt, “Battery Low”.

Fit Your Headset

NOTE: Remove your eyeglasses before donning the headset for best fit.

• Slide headset over and behind your ear, then press gently toward your ear.
• Rotate microphone boom until it is pointed toward your mouth.
• Mic boom moves up and down for a better fit.
• To wear the headset on your other ear, rotate the boom upwards then twist it around so the ear tip is on the other side before lowering the mic boom.

Pairing

Pair your Phone

• Press and hold the MFB button (multi-function button),

• LED indicator flashes blue and red alternately, enter paring mode.

• Activate Bluetooth function on your phone and search “C01” in the searching list.
  (NOTE: Different devices might have different setting of  Bluetooth)

•  Connect “C01” (Password is •0000• if needed).

• Once  successfully paired, you will hear a voice prompt “bluetooth connected” and the LED indicator turns off.

Connect with Two Devices
C01 headset can be connected with two devices.

• Turn off the Bluetooth function of Device A.
• Power on C01 and pair with Device B.
• Activate the Bluetooth of Device A again and select C01 in the menu. (Although the headset can connect with two devices, just can play music for one of devices.)

Resetting

• Press and hold the volume “-” and mute button at the same time, the red and blue indicators will flash 2 times, clear the pairing record and power off.

Troubleshooting

• No sound from the headset
  • Make sure the headset is connected with phone successfully.
  • Make sure the headset and the phone are within 10m.
  • Make sure your phone is within a strong enough signal range and without external interference.
  • To check whether your phone is connected with another Bluetooth device.
• The headset cannot be searched
  • Press and hold the MFB button (multi-function button), LED indicator flashes blue and red alternately, enter paring mode.
  • There might be a program error caused between the bluetooth. Please Reset the headset (Press and hold the volume • -• and mute button at the same time, the red and blue indicators will flash 2 times, clear the pairing record and power off.)
  • Remove all paring data in the bluetooth of the mobile phone, then restart the mobile phone.
• Charging red indicator doesn’t light on
  • The headset may have not been used for a long period. please charge headset for 30mins, then the red indicator may light on.
