• Connect the wireless charger to the included charger. Do not connect to a wall charger with an output lesser than 30W as it may affect the wireless charging function.
• This wireless charger is not compatible with non-MagSafe phone cases, such as OtterBox Defender cases.
• Using a thick protective case or a case with a magnetic/iron plate is not recommended as it may affect the wireless charging function.
• Do not place any foreign objects between your phone and the wireless charger’s surface, including metal pads on a car mount, credit cards, door keys, coins, metal, or NFC cards, as it may cause overheating.
• Do not connect the wireless charger to a 5V/1A wall charger or a USB port on a computer as it may affect the wireless charging function.
