Configuring the device

Note:
• The Smart WI-Fi Plug only supports 2.4 GHz WIFI network.
• The default SSID (WIFI name) of the Smart Plug Is Tenda_ Smart Plug _xxxx. xxxx Indicates the last four characters of Its MAC address which can be found on the device.

  1. Download the Tenda Bell App onto your mobile WI FL-enabled device, such as a smart phone, by searching for Tenda Bell In the App Store or Google Play or by scanning the QR code.
    Then, Install the App.

  1. What devices can I control with the Smart WI-Fl Plug?

  2. You can control desk lamps, coffee makers, humidifiers, tower fans, and any other small household
    appliances whose rated power does not exceed the maximum power of the Smart Plug.

  3. 02: What should I do when the LED Indicator of the Smart WI-Fl Plug lights solid orange?
    A2: Try the following solutions:

  4. Check whether the WIFI network of your wireless router Is enabled. If not, enable It.

  5. Check whether the WIFI name or password of your wireless router Is changed. If so, reset the Smart Plug, and connect It to your wireless router again with the new WIFI name or password.

  6. Reset the Smart Plug, and reconfigure It using the Tenda Bell App.
    Reset method: Hold down the power button (!) for about 5 seconds and release It when the LED Indicator blinks orange.

  7. How to control the Smart WI-Fl Plug with voice-activated devices, such Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant?

  8. In your Tenda Bell App, tap the Smart Plug In the Device page, then G > Q (for Amazon Alexa) or •:· (for Google Assistant) to get the help.
