Printer Connectivity Issues

Unable to link Bluetooth
(1) Please make sure that the Bluetooth is turned on in your phone, and then connect the printer in the “Phomemo” APP.
(2) Please make sure that all permissions were allowed when installing the app, or, you can turn them on in the settings of your phone.
(3) Please try restarting the mobile phone and printer and connect.
Note: The printer should be connected in the “Phomemo” application, not directly in your phone’s. -
Sharing of multiple devices
Temporarily, the M08F printer device does not support simultaneous operationof multiple devices, and a printer can only be connected with one printer.
Therefore, If you want to connect with other mobile phones, please disconnectthe connected mobile phones first.
Printing Effect

Print Blank / No Word Problem
(1) Please make sure that your paper roll is Thermal Paper.
(2) Please check that your paper is placed correctly. When installing the printing paper, please make sure that the printing surface (smooth surface) is facing down and aligned with the printing port.
(3) If it still does not work,please feel free to provide the serial number of the printer for us (The serial number starting with “Q” is on the box of the printer) -
The Printed image is unclear/grainy
(1) If the printing is not clear, please try to adjust the Print Density or the contrast in the “Phomemo” APP and try again.
(2) Please try to clean the print head. You can wipe the cutting part of the printer, especially the black line, with alcohol cotton to ensure no dirt on it.
(3) Please be sure to use Official Thermal paper. Printing results on third- party paper cannot be guaranteed and the print head may be damaged accordingly;
(4) Poor printing is mostly caused by unclear source files. Please try to print the template in the APP and send us a photo of the printed template to check.
(5) Moisture in the paper may also affect the print quality, please make sure you are using normal Thermal Paper. -
The Printed image is too dark
(1) Please Enter the “Print image” page in the app, try different brightness settings, and then click “Print” to preview the image to find the most suitable brightness for printing.
(2) The image print quality is related to the original image. Please check whether your original image may be too dark, then you can try to print a template from the APP to check the print quality
Charging Problems
- Charging with a 5v-2a adapter takes 2 hours to fully charge. Charging with a computer or adapter below 2A will extend the charging time;
- The printer can be used while charging (but we recommend using the printer after finishing charging to be able to get high-quality printing results for a longer time);
Other Settings
- Automatic Shutdown Setting: Click the upper right corner of the app main interface to enter the printer connection interface, click the personal device to view and set;
- Device Power Viewing: Click the upper right corner of the app main interface to enter the printer connection interface, and click personal device to enter the viewing.
- Printing Color: M08F Printer is suitable for both normal thermal paper and tattoo transfer paper, and the color of the print can only be black(on normal thermal paper)or dark blue (on tattoo transfer paper) .
- No Remote Control Support: Since our printers are connected via Bluetooth and do not support WiFi remote connections, the use of the printer is affected by the distance factor.
