INSTALLATION
Setup/Pairing
-
A. Plug the dongle into the USB port and power on the headset. Both should pair automatically.
If the headset and dongle are not paired: -
B. Press and hold a button on the USB Dongle until the LED blinks rapidly.

C. Press and hold the power button on the headset until it pairs with the USB Dongle (Solid LED).
Flip-to-Mute

A. Mic Boom up to mute.

B. Mic Boom down to unmute.
Audio Mode -
C. The MODE button controls your headset’s
Audio Mode (1 beep = Pure Audio; 2 beeps- Bass Boost).
Audio Controls
Adjust the volume dial on the right ear cup to the preferred audio level.
Charging
To charge, plug the USB cable into the headset Up to 16+ Hours of Battery Life
- Pulsing LED = Charging
- Solid LED = Charged
- Low Battery Tone = Descending Tones every minute
Volume Settings
- Check your audio settings to ensure your headset is selected as the assigned audio device.
- To adjust your volume: Go to the PlayStation® 5 menu > Settings > Sound > Volume
3D Audio Settings
- To enable 3D Audio: Go to the PlayStation® 5 menu > Settings > Sound > Audio Output >
- Enable 3D Audio and turn it on
Microphone Settings
To adjust the microphone level: Go to the PlayStation® 5 menu > Settings >
Sound > Microphone > Adjust the Microphone Level.

WARNING – BATTERY LEAKAGE
This product contains a rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack. Leakage of ingredients contained within the battery pack, or the combustion products of the ingredients, can cause personal injury as well as damage to your product. If battery leakage occurs, avoid contact with the skin. If contact occurs, immediately wash thoroughly with soap and water. If liquid leaking from a battery pack comes into contact with your eyes, immediately flush thoroughly with water and see a doctor.

- Do not expose the battery to excessive physical shock, vibration, or liquids.
- Do not disassemble, attempt to repair, or deform the battery.
- Do not dispose of the battery pack in a fire.

LIMITED WARRANTY
- Coverage and Term: PDP warrants that this product will be free from manufacturing defects for two years from the original date of purchase. Manufacturing defects are those defects in materials and/or workmanship, subject to final determination by PDP’s customer service department. This warranty applies only to original purchasers with a valid proof of purchase from an authorized PDP retailer that clearly shows the date of purchase.
- Exclusive Remedy and Exclusions: The exclusive remedy for valid claims will be the replacement or refund of the product. This warranty does not cover defects caused by accidents, improper or abusive use of the product, unauthorized or improper modifications, repairs, or handling.

- Additional Information for Australian Consumers: PDP products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits given to you under our express warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law and other laws.
