How To Use
4.1 Optical Output (Optical connection works best, please use it connection first)
(If the headphone flashes GREEN, please follow “7. Re-Pair Step” to re-pair
the item.)
If no sound, please check the TV setting, referto “5. TV setting ”.
4.2 RCA AUDIO OUT (Red/White ports labeled “AUDIO OUT”)(If
the headphone flashes GREEN, please follow “7. Re-Pair Step” to re-pair the
item.)
If no sound, please check the TV setting, referto “5. TV setting”.
4.3 AUX/ 3.5mm Audio Out
(If the headphone flashes GREEN, please follow “7. Re-Pair Step” to re-pair
the item.)
If no sound, please check the TV setting, referto “5. TV setting”.
4.4 Coaxial Output
(If the headphone flashes GREEN, please follow “7. Re-Pair Step” to re-pair the item.)
4.5 Receiver with 6.3mm phone Jack at Front
NOTES:
Transmitter is NOT compatible with ANY RCA(L/R)port on back of your AV
Receiver, ONLY use the BIG 6.35 MM PHONE OUT on front side of your AV Receiver
with the 3.5MM to 6.35MM adaptor. Do NOT set the volume too high. Plug wired
ear buds to the port, check whether the sound isnormal.

If no sound after connect with TV, Please use phone to test the headphone whether work great,lf work great, Please try to re-pair and connect headphone to Your TV.If also has problem, please feel free to contact us to solve the problem in your favor.
Re-Pair Step

Turn the power button to OFF of transmitter.

Turn off the headphone and then turn it on again,press and hold the headphone power button until the red light change to quickly flashing green light.

Turn on the power button to ON of the transmitter, you will hear a beep from the headphone, and then headphone change from flash green to Steady green light. Indicates successful pairing.
Note: Please remember let the headphone flash green light, then turn on the power button to ON of the transmitter, If you do not follow the sequence, the connection will be unsuccessful.
Troubleshooting

Sound only on one ear.| It may connect to 3.5mm audio, & video port(3.5mm AV
port), only one channel of audio will output.| Use with RCA connection,
coaxial or optical connection.
The headset has sound, but IV has no sound. Or both TV and headphones have
sound.| 3.5mm AUX port only supports that headset receives sound, with TV no
sound. While, using RCA and optical port, both TV and headphone get sounds.
Meanwhile, need to set the audio mode on TV.| 1. Use RCA connection or
optical quietly connection. For watching TV alone, click MUTE key to close the
TV speaker by TV remote.
2. Ensure TV speaker is set to “Headset” with 3.5mm connection. TV speaker is
set to
“External Speaker” with RCA or optical connection.
3. Set the digital audio output of your device/audio source to “PCM” on N.
Don’t work on our optical TV.| Setting is wrong.| Check the TV setting:
3.5mm AUX and RCA→Head phone Optical/Coaxial → Digital Sound Out
3.5mm AUX and RCA→AUDIO
Optical → OPTICAL
Coaxial → COAXIAL
When the Ipackage is recevied, the batteries are in the earphone, and some
parts are lost.| The batteries are already installed on the headphones before
shipping.| Contact us, will ship the missing parts to you, and compensate you.
Cannot not charge| Poor charge contact since the charging pin are not contact
correctly.| Please retract the headphone band to contact with charging pin
correctly when charging.
The volume control doesn’t work.| Button is defective.| Please contact us, we
will replace a new set to you.
Sound dropouts/ disappear| Connection is interrupted due to the distance being
too far (over 30M/100ft).| Keep closer to the transmitter.
Signal is shielded.| Remove obstacles between the transmitter and headphones.
Headphones will automatically switch OFF if no audio signal or too weak sound
is received in 5 minutes. So if no audio input or too weak, will turn off.|
Play TV sound again and restart the headset.
Sound is too low| Volume of headset is low.| Switch ATT. Button to right side
(OdB, -8dB).
Turn up the volume of headset. Change connection, optical connection will get
a better sound quality.
Volume of the analog audio source is adjusted too low.| Increase the volume on
the analog audio source to at least a medium level.
No sound, only buzz sound, static, I tried everything, doesn’t work.| Static,
because other wireless devices will interfere with the signal of headset.|
Keep the transmitter away from the TV, WiFi routers and other wireless
transmitters.
The LED on headphone is RED. It means the transmitter doesn’t pair with the
headphone. Pair between headphone and transmitter is failed.| Please see the
5. RE-PAIR STEP to re-pair the unit.
Power off, or battery is low.| Charge the battery, turn on headset.
Wrong audio input is selected.| Select the other AUDIO OUT.
Audio plug is not properly connected.| Check the audio plug connection.
Audio source is switched off.| Switch the audio source on.
OPTICAL/COAXIAL/AUDIO select switch setting wrong.| Connect via 3.5mm AUX or
RCA cable, please switch to AUDIO.
Connect via optical cable, please swtich to OPTICAL.
Connect via coaxial cable, please switch to COAXIAL.
Volume of headset is low.| Switch ATT. Button to right side (0dB, -8dB).
Turn up the volume of headset.
Digital audio connection uses incompatible data transmission settings.| Set
the digital audio output of your device/audio source to “PCM” on W.
Volume of the analog audio source is either set to the minimum or is on mute.|
Increase the volume on the audio source to at least a medium level /
Deactivate the muting function from the audio source.
Audio cable is defective.| Contact us, will ship the replace parts to you.
Easy to use at the beginning, it doesn’y work later, no sound, often stop
working, and cannot work for 12 hours| Headphones will automatically switch
OFF if no audio signal or too weak sound is received in 5 minutes. So if no
audio input or too weak, will turn off.| Play TV sound again and restart the
headset.

NOTE
- Be sure to turn on the headset until after the completion of the connection. If you turn on the headphone first, then connect to device via cable, you will hear current noise, even blasting sound, because of the connect between cable and port.
- Never attempt to recharge conventional dry cells.
- Batteries (battery pack or batteries installed) shall not be exposed to excessive heat such sunshine, fire or the like.
- Never use another type of battery or non-rechargeable batteries to replace the rechargeable (LRO3/AAA) batteries supplied.
- When the headphones are not in use, switch it OFF to avoid damaging the batteries.
- Excessive sound pressure from earphones and headphones can cause hearing loss.
