Product Usage Instructions

Connecting the AC Adapter

Connect the included AC Adapter to the DC Input on the back of the Charge System.

Powering On the Charge System

Plug the included AC Adapter into a wall outlet. The Charge Indicator Lights and Ambient Lights will light on for 1 second and then turn off, indicating that the system is ready.

Charging Controllers

Place the wireless controller(s) with dongle(s) on either the front or back charging port of the Charge System. Controllers on both ports will activate all charging indicators and ambient lighting.

Charging Indicator and Ambient Light Descriptions

Charging Indicator

• Off: Indicates that the controller is not charging.
• Charging Breathing: Indicates that the controller is currently charging.

Ambient Light

• Off: No ambient lighting is active.
• Full Brightness: Ambient lights are at maximum brightness.
• Dark Environment Dimmed: Ambient lights are dimmed in a dark environment for less intrusion.

Micro-Suction

The Charge System features a special material called micro-suction underneath, which helps keep the system in place.

Q: Why are the controllers not charging and LEDs are off?

A: Make sure the AC adapter is connected to the Charge System and plugged into a wall outlet. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support.

INSTALLATION

• Plug included dongle into DUALSHOCK®4 wireless controller. Repeat step for second controller. Place DUALSHOCK®4 wireless controller(s) with dongle(s) on charging ports.
• The charging indicators and ambient lighting activate when the DUALSHOCK®4 wireless controller(s) with dongle(s) are placed on either front or back charging port. Controllers on both ports activate all charging indicators and ambient lighting.

LIGHTING FEATURE

MICRO-SUCTION

MICRO-SUCTION: There is a special material underneath the Charge System called micro-suction. This will assist in keeping the Charge System in place. Remove protective sheet to activate the micro-suction.

MAGNETS

DONGLE MAGNETS: Magnets are inside the dongles which assist in keeping DUALSHOCK®4 wireless controllers in good contact with each charging port.

  • Q: Why are the controllers not charging and LEDs are off?
  • A: Make sure the AC adapter is connected to the Charge System and power outlet. The dongle(s) should be inserted correctly into the DUALSHOCK®4 wireless controller(s) and are placed correctly onto the Charge System.
• Q: Why are the LEDs flashing on the unit?
  A: Confirm the included AC Adapter is being used. Confirm the dongle(s) are inserted into the DUALSHOCK®4 wireless controller(s) correctly.
  If problem continues, disconnect the AC Adapter from the power outlet and Charge System and wait 10 seconds and reconnect. If LEDs continue to flash after three (3) attempts, contact Customer Service.

• Coverage and Term PDP warrants that this product will be free from manufacturing defects for 90 days from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to original purchasers with a valid proof of purchase from an authorized PDP retailer that clearly shows the date of purchase.
• Exclusive Remedy and Exclusions   The exclusive remedy for valid claims will be the repair, replacement or refund of the product. This warranty does not cover defects caused by accidents, improper or abusive use of the product, unauthorized or improper modifications, repairs or handling.
