Application Overview
MagicStrip is a phone app to control the bluetooth strip. Through this software, the controller can control the LED strip display different color or display in fixed mode. It ¢ an also extract the rhythm of the music the sound or even the movement, show out through the display of the LED Strip in real time.
Transfer Music Files
For Iphone users, you need to manually add music to the app through your
computer. There are two ways
Transfer music files via Mac

Connect Iphone to Mac using USB

In the Finder sidebar on your Mac, select your iPhone.
[Note] macOS Catalina is required if you want to transfer files using “Finder”. If you are running an earlier version of macOS, use iTunes to transfer files. -
At the top of the ”Finder” window, click “File”, and then drag the selected music file from the other window to the App (MagicStrip) name in the list, and you are finished adding music files.
To delete a file from iPhone, select the file under the app name, press Command- Delete, then click Delete.
Transfer music files through Window PC
- Connect iPhone to Windows PC with USB
- In iTunes on Windows PC, click the iPhone button near the top left of the iTunes window.
- Click File Sharing, select App (MagicStrip) in the list, and transfer files from your computer to iPhone:
Click Add, select the files you want to transfer,, and then click Add.

Regarding the use of our APP, here we provide a demo video with detailed text
explanations. You can use your mobile phone to scan the QR code below the text
and
view it in your browser.
Device Connection
On the device page, swipe down to search for Bluetooth devices, and the
searched devices will be loaded into the list. Click on any item to connect to
control the device.
Main Interface
The main interface defaults to the Mode page. Click the upper left button to
pop up the device page, and click the upper right button to pop up the setting
page. In the Color page, you can select the color, click the switch to control
the strip lights on and off, adjust the brightness and DIY colors of the strip
lights.
Color Changing Mode
Color mode page has many different types of modes, each type has a variety of
color options to choose from, click any item to control the colors change of
the strip lights.
Music Mode
On the Music page, You need to obtain file read and write permissions to load
the music files. However, if it is an Iphone, users need to manually import
music to the phone through ITunes. When the music is played, the spectrum data
is analyzed into colors to control the color changes of the strip lights.
Mic Mode
Phone Microphone
Microphone page. The functions of this page require microphone permission to
use, otherwise it can not be used. This function collects external sounds
through the microphone, and the APP will extract the relevant data into colors
to control the color of the strip lights.
Device Microphone
The device microphone can also realize the sound rhythm function. When the
device microphone function is turned on, the device will automatically collect
ambient sounds for color conversion without the need for mobile phone
intervention. And there are 4 kinds of microphone rhythm effects to choose
from. You can adjust the device microphone sensitivity through APP. The higher
the sensitivity, the more sensitive to the external sound.
Sport Mode
Sports mode page. When the phone shakes, the APP can extract the movement data
into colors to control the color of the strip lights.
System Setting
Settings page, Click the language button to select the language. Click the
feedback button to send us email for feedback.
Delay Switch
With this function, you can set the device to automatically turn off or turn
on the strip lights after a specified time delay.
Color Control Mode
Special statement, if it is an Android phone, according to the latest
Bluetooth protocol of Google developers, Android 6.0 and above systems need to
enable location permissions to search for Bluetooth devices, otherwise no
device can be searched.
Remote Control User Guide
Please point at the IR sensor to control the light. If the remote cannot work,
please check have you remove the plastic film on it and try reset the battery.
Remote Control Button Functions
Special functions
Since the product is compatible with the USB 2.0 output power of 5V/500mA, the product will reduce the power to meet the USB 2.0 output power standard by default after re-powering after each power failure. If users need higher brightness in some occasions, after confirming that they are using a mobile phone charger or mobile power supply (5V/2A adapter) to supply power, they can increase the brightness key through the remote control to increase the brightness to meet the demand.
Note: If you encounter the phenomenon of rapid flashing of the light strip during the process of increasing the brightness, it proves that the USB power supply device is insufficient.
