MOST IMPORTANT

1. This product is only intended for use by motor vehicles. Don’t install the camera where it might block the driver’s view of the road (including the mirrors) or the deployment of the airbag.
2. This camera records video at high resolution, Be sure to use a U3 high-speed Micro SD card, 32GB or 128GB cards are recommended
3. Make sure the camera lens is clean and there is nothing blocking the lens.
4. Don’t leave the camera in direct sunlight for a long period of time or where the temperature could go above 149°F(65°C)
5. Please pay attention to the installation directions.
6. Always keep the 4K dash cam connected to the power for daily use because it is not a battery-powered camera, it will shut down immediately after you disconnect it from the power.

READ BEFORE USE

Customers Frequently Asked Questions

1. The camera keeps saying “abnormal or no storage card” after inserting an SD card or formatting it in the settings.
2. We suggest formatting your SD card on APP, but if you failed to do it on your opp, please format the SD card into FAT32 format on PC, then insert it into the dash cam and format via App one more time.
3. Make sure you are using the recommended, CLASS 10, U3 Speed, and 128GB max SD card. Otherwise, you will get notice of a malfunction.
4. Haw ta use the 24-hour parking monitor function?
   • A dedicated hardwire kit is required for this function.
   • The 4K dash cam supports 24-hour parking monitoring only when it is connected to our hardwire kit (not included in the package),
   • Note: This dash cam will activate the parking mode function only when it is connected to our dedicated hardwire kit while other vendors’ hardwire kit is not compatible with it. If you need a hardwire kit from us, please chat with our email us.
5. Some of the video files are missing/ Can’t find videos.
   • Our 4K dashcam has a loop recording function, it will delete the oldest files and record newer files when the SD card is full except for the locked video files. We recommend you turn on the G-Sensor at low sensitivity which will auto-lock the videos when a collision occurs.
6. Camera freezing/Only record for a few seconds.
   • If the camera comes freezing, lagging, or only recording video for a few seconds, this is the SD card issue, not the camera issue. Please format the SD card to have a try. Using a fake, wrong, and BAD SD card can also result in this problem. If the problem is still after formatting the SD card, please contact us and we are dedicated to resolving it.

CAMERA OVERVIEW

INSTALL THE SD CARD

• A: Turn off the 4K dash cam before inserting the SD card
• B: Push the memory card into the card slot, until a “click” sound is heard in the card slot, indicating that the memory card is inserted properly.

REMOVE THE SD CARD

• To remove the SD card, please gently push its edge inward until a “click” sound is heard in the card slot, then release your finger and it pops out. Please pull it out of the slot.

REMINDER:

• a. Don’t remove the SD card while the camera is on, the camera will shut down immediately and may cause video damage.
• b. If your dash cam has issues with any error notifications, that is caused by your MEMORY CARD. (NOT THE CAMERA ISSUE) – Please Contact US for professional support.

INSTALL TO WINDSHIELD

• a. Use the 3M holder sticker mount to install the dash cam on the windshield, and recommend it be installed near the rearview mirror of the passenger seat.
• b. Plug the included power adapter into the car cigarette lighter socket, and the indicator will light up, which means the power is on.
• c. Connect the power adapter and the dash cam, and route the excess cable alongside the interior trim for better beauty.
• d. Start your car, and the camera will automatically power on, check the lens angle and coverage, and make sure all functions well works before going on the road.
  (After the car breaks down, the device will automatically power off when the car charger stops supplying power)

About electrostatic Sticker

1. Since the adhesive strength is strong on both sides and it is difficult to peel off once it is pasted, it will be troublesome if the pasting position is incorrect. Therefore, we designed the electrostatic sticker to attach to the windshield first, then stuck the bracket with 3M Adhesive on the electrostatic sticker. You can easily readjust the location by sticking the 3M Adhesive on the electrostatic sticker and peeling it off.
2. Re-sticking may weaken the adhesive strength of the tape and cause it to fall off. If you need more accessories, please contact the US.
3. FORMA T THE SD CARD
   • After inserting the memory card, the camera prompts “Please format the SD card” For the first time you power on the dash cam. Please follow the steps below to format it properly.
   • A. Connect the Witcam Pro APP and Access Camera.
   • B. Click the “Camera Settings”
   • C. On the camera settings page, scroll down until you see “Format SD Card”, then choose “Format SD Card”, and click “OK” to confirm to format the memory card.
4. Format Failure?
   • If the dash cam still prompts ‘Please format the SD card’ even if you have formatted it via the cellphone app, please use a PC to format it to ‘FAT 32’ file system then insert it into the dash cam and format it with the cellphone app again, to see if the issue is still. If the issue is still, please get in touch with our email help or our WhatsApp.

2. Connect the WiFi
   • Step1: Turn on the dash cam, open the Witcam Pro APP
   • Step 2: Find the wifi name of the dash cam(DC08-XXX) in the system setting and enter the password(123456 78) prompted on the dash cam, After successful WIFI connection Witcam Pro APP.
   • Step 3: Open the “Witcam Pro” App on your smartphone,click “connect device.

START TO USE

• Once your camera is connected to “DC08-XXX” WiFi successfully and when you go back to Witcam Pro opp, the camera will sync automatically. You should see the live video feed from the camera on Witcam Pro opp. Then keep exploring the APP from here.

Connect Computer

1. Connect the supplied TYPE-C Connection Cable to the TYPE-C Port on the side of the unit.
2. Connect the full-size USB end of the cable to a USB Port on the Computer.
3. Wait a few moments, the storage folder for the unit will appear on the computer screen.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to view, watch, upload, or save the files to the PC.

   • Access the “Witcam Pro” APP, connect the device, click the “Picture” icon to enter the storage interface, and long-press the video file to select download or delete
   • Warm Tip:
   • Please be patient If the video you download is in UHD mode because the file is too large and it takes time to read the data. (If you use an iPhone, We recommend turning off Bluetooth when downloading.)

1. If you experience problems with operation, please try the following: Check if the TF card has enough storage or if it is locked.
2. Automatically stops when recording: Use a compatible high-speed TF card with SDHC. A large amount of HD video data requires a high-speed TF card. type C 10.
3. There are file errors when replaying a photo or video: Incomplete files due to SD card storage errors. Use the formatting function to format your card.
4. Crash: Restart by pressing the reset button after a crash.
5. Equipment installation direction: SD slot faces left, power key faces right.
