*HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY The kitchen is my family’s happy place. It’s where we cook and eat and bake and laugh and share our most beautiful moments together. That’s what inspired the creation of Vividmoo, my new collection of easy-to-use kitchenware that you’ll want to keep out on your kitchen counter. So whether your kitchen has flour all over the place from a kid’s baking session or you’re hrowing an adult dinner pa rty, I hope every step will be simple, delicious and beautiful !

Please read the instructions carefully before using this product.

To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not put main body(motor) in water or any liquid.

When cleaning the product, please make sure the switch power is off and the silica gel at the charging port is plugged.

Do not wash the engine in water to prevent water from entering the unit and damaging electronic components.

Always ensure your switch the juicer to the off position and the motor has stopped completely before disassembling.

Do not put any parts into the dishwasher.

Do not disassemble or alter the product by yourself.

Do not use appliance with meat, fruit pits, frozen fruit with large seeds.

Please do not squeeze the appliance for more than 5 times in succession, so as to avoid excessive load of electronic components causing heat and affecting appliance servicelife.

Appliance is equipped with overload protection function.
If the knife is jammed due to the large size of the food materials. Appliance will be shut down for protection, and the red indicator will be on for 5 seconds. It can be restarted after removing the food materials of the knife. -
Do not place in or near flammable gases, electric stoves, or in hot ovens.

Do not use steel velvet, abrasive cleaner or corrosive liquid to clean the appliance.

Do not put any parts of this product in a dishwasher, microwave oven, disinfection cabinet or hot water over 60**,or use other equipment to heat the product, in order to avoid parts deformation ordamage.

Do not place the product in high temperature, strong magnetic field, flammable and explosive gas (such as natural gas, methane, etc.)environment to avoid causing accidents such as abnormal operation or fire.

Appliances can not be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way by a person responsible for their safety.

NOTES ON THE CORD PLUG
The product has built-in lithium batteries. Pay attention to the following
items:
- Store and use this product in an environment of 0-40℃
- lf not used for a long time, please charge every three months to prevent battery damage.
- Charging speed may be slower in the environment below 10 ℃,which is a normal phenomenon.
TIPS ON OPERATING
Before use
- Carefully unpack the personal blender and all parts. Remove all packaging materials, including any stickers or labels.
- Wash the travel cup, lid and blade in warm soapy water. DO NOT IMMERSE THE BASE(MOTOR HOUSING) IN WATER.
- Care should be taken when cleaning the blades, as the blades are sharp.
- Position the personal blender base on a dry, level, heat- resistant surface and assemble according to instructions.
- It is recommended to operate this appliance on a separate outlet and circuit from other appliances to avoid overloading the circuit.
Charging Mode
- When the adapter is connected, the LED indicator light is red.
- When full of electricity, the LED indicator light is white.
For the first time, please make sure to charge the blender for more than two hours to extend the battery life. (Even the white light shows it’s full.)
Working Mode
There is only one switching unit. The specific functions are as follows:
- Double-click the power switch to turn on the product at full speed with the white LED indicator light on. lf the indicator light turns red during use, it means that the battery needs to be charged. Double-click the power switch, if the LED indicator light flashes red, it means that the battery is out of power.
- If a blockage occurs during operation, the blender will stop blending immediately, and the red indicator light will turn on for 5 seconds. At this time, the product will not work even if the button switch is pressed.
- Press the power switch when the blender is working, and the blender will stop running.
- When charging, the red light is always on, and the white light lights up to indicate that the charging is complete. A fully charged blender can run continuously for up to 5 cycles (each lasting 40 seconds) with no less than 3 minutes between each cycle.
- One-click the power switch to check the remaining power level.
The white light indicates sufficient power, and the red light indicates insufficient power.

Do not hold blades with hands when using or cleaning the product.

Do not turn the unit upside down or start the unit while the straw is still plugged into the main unit.
Otherwise, the liquid will spill or the straw will be broken. -
Never dismantle, repair or remodel base.
Fire or injury might occur due to abnormal operation. -
Do not clean with inflammable materials or chemicals.
It might cause electric shock, fire or explosion. -
When cleaning the product, be sure to pull the power plug from the outlet and wipe with a dry cloth.
lt might cause electric shock or fire. -
Do not use or store near heat or open flame.
lt might cause deformation or discoloration of the product. -
Do not wash each part using a dishwasher,and do not clean the Parts(Contaienr,Motor Base) with hot water.
Otherwise, it may shorten the lifespan or degrade functions.
Do not put parts in the dishwasher to clean and dry.
RECOMMENDED INGREDIENT CAPACITY
Add some liquid or high moisture food on the bottom of the container for the
best result. lt helps the blade catch the ingredients and makes it
consistently blended.
Not enough liquid will make the blade spin without processing ingredients in
the container

-For safety protection, the blender cannot be charged when body and motor base take apart.
-This blender is made from healthy and environmentally friendly materials. While it may become stained by certain foods such as carrots, this does not affect its functionality or safety. - Prohibit start-up
– Do not turn the unit upside down or start the unit while the straw is still plugged into the main unit or the silicone plug in the waterspout is not tightly inserted.
Precautions

Add liquid
When there isn’t much moisture in the ingredients, it helps to add some liquid to help blending. -
Recommended Ice
Use home made ice cubes no larger than 1.5cm -
Avoid Excessive Load
Please DONOT squeeze the juice for more than 5 times insuccession, excessive load will affect product life. -
Patented Design
Patented inverted triangle stable design. Just turn upside down for stable blending.
HOW TO ASSEMBLE AND OPERATE

Put ingredients in the Container
– Ingredients should be cut to 1.5cm or smaller pieces.
– Place liquid and soft food first then solid food and ice.
Do not exceed the max line in the Container. -
Lock the main engine into the Container by turning it clockwise.-
Be sure to correctly fasten the main engine on to the container.
If the main engine is not properly fastened, the blending function may not work and ingredients in the container may spill. -
Double click to start the blender
– lf the container(Grinding Jar) is not seated properly on the base, the blending function will not work.
– Maximum Capacity of ingredient: Container 475ml when you use the product continuously, it should be cool completely the ingredients inside the container before operating. (Continuous use cause quality deterioration of the product.) -
Inverted the blender to start blending

When blending is completed, you can drink directly or drink with straw.
– Do not operate the device when straw is inside.
Container & Base
- When cleaning, do not leave the base in water as it may malfunction.
- Do not wash each part using a dishwasher.
- Fill the Container half full with water and add a drop liquid cleaning. and blending for about 15-20 seconds. Then, rinse and dry.
- Clean the Container with a mild detergent before first use.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Bottle Container, Motor Base
- Make sure the blade has stopped running before cleaning.
- DO NOT use steel ball, abrasive cleaner or corrosive liquid (such as gasoline, acetone) to clean this product.
- DO NOT immerse the Motor Base rinse, soak or spray the main unit in water or other liquids to avoid causing damage to the deviceor productleakage.
- Use clean water to rinse the inside of the juice cup and the parts which are contacting with food, and wipe dry or airing them in time Please operate carefully to avoid cuting (protective gloves can be worn) during the cleaning process.
*When storing the portable blender, please ensure that the product has already cleaned and dried, then place it in a dry ventilated place to avoid direct sunlight. 2. Fast Cleaning Process
Add appropriate amount of waterintothethe juice cup and install it on the main engine. Double-click Button switch” to start the product and 5 to 0 seconds.
NOTE:
The blender can not be pasteurized in the disinfection cabinet.
NOTE:
To more effectively remove dirt from the Bottle orBlade, and ensure durability
of the Blade and the Bottle, add cleaner and water to the/Bottle andpress down
intermittetly
TROUBLE SHOOTING
-
If blender does not turn on.
-Check the motor assembly and the blending cup rotated properly in place.
-Check if the blender continuously used for 5 times, wait for the motor to cool down.
-Check if the red light flicked, make sure fully charge before use.
-Check if the food stuck on the blade, remove the remaining food and use again. -
After fully charged, the light flashes red and blender doesn’t work
-Check if the ingredients are too large(less than 1.5cm)
-Check if ingredients exceed the product’s maximum scale (475ml) or if they are too thick (pour out some if necessary).
-Check if battery was unused or uncharged for 3 months or if it’s damaged. -
Charging without prompt (red light not on )
-Check the connection status of the USB-C line to ensure that connection is normal.
-Check the adapter is DC5V/1A or above and from reputable source.
-Check the motor and blending cup alignment. Charge only when combined.
TIPS: Red light during charging. white light when fully charged -
Water Leakage when blending
-Check if the silica gel ring is rightly assembled in place or the cup body is tightened.
-Check for cleaning above 60·C. Avoid high temps to prevent deformation and performanceissues. -
There is smoke or burning smell when using the blender for the first time.
-When using the blender for the first time, there may be some smoke and/or a burning smell.it is normal, and it will gradually disappear.
-Check if there’s a burnt smell or if the machine feels hot. lf so, allow to cool before se. Contact customer service if problem persists. -
Operating faults
-Running red light is always on – low battery.
-Stop during operation, the red light is on for 5 seconds-knife jammed.
TIPS: This product is equipped with over-temperature protection. Continuous juicing will trigger over-temperature protection for many times, and the machine will stop with a red indicator light flashing for 15 times, and can be restarted after cooling.

charges on parts, or products in whole, submitted for repair or replacement,

CONDITIONS:
This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of
initial retail purchase and is not transferable. This warranty does not apply
to product sold by third party resellers. Keep the original sales receipt.
Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty service or replacement.
Dealers, service centers, or retail stores do not have the right to alter,
modify or in any way, change the terms and conditions of this warranty.
Warranty registration is not necessary to obtain warranty on Vividmoo
products.

Most warranty repairs are handled routinely, but sometimes requests for
warranty service may not be appropriate. For example, warranty service would
NOT apply if the product damage occurred because of misuse, lack of routine
maintenance, shipping, handling, warehousing or improper installation.
Similarly, the warranty is void if the manufacturing date or the serial number
on the product has been removed or the equipment has been altered or modified.
During the warranty period, the authorized service dealer, at its option, will
repair or replace any part that, upon examination, is found to be defective
under normal use and service.
NORMAL WEAR:
This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any
of the following: Negligent use or misuse of the product; Improper voltage or
current: Use contrary to the operation instructions; Deviation from
instructions regarding storage and transportation; Repair or alteration by
anyone other than Vividmoo or an authorized service center. Further, the
warranty does not cover Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes and

caused by the breach of any express or implied warranty. Except to the extent
prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchant ability or
fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration to the duration of the
above warranty. Some states, provinces or jurisdictions do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations
on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusion
may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you
may also have other rights that vary from state to state or province to
province.

the phone. if telephone resolution is not possible, the Customer Service
representative will require your assistance in performing routine diagnostic
procedures. This warranty ls effective for the time periods listed above and
subject to the conditions provided for in this policy.
