- Q: Will this device automatically select the 2.4ghz on a dual-band 2.4/5ghz network?
- A: If your router broadcasts 2 separate networks, you have to select the 2.4ghz one specifically (i.e. if your network is HomeInternet_2.4G and HomeInternet_5G then you select the 2.4 Gone). But if your router broadcasts the same SSID for both 2.4 and 5ghz networks, it’ll hook onto the 2.4ghz one automatically.”
