Introduction
Thank you for purchasing a Sealey product. Manufactured to a high standard, this product will, if used according to these instructions, and properly maintained, give you years of trouble free performance.

NOTE!: This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. The Sealey Hand Pressure Sprayer Model No SS2 is safe and only becomes a safety issue when used with toxic fluids. The following safety instructions are bulletin points and cannot cover every aspect of user safety.
- Be aware of the safety requirements (C.O.S.H.H.) for the fluids contained in the vessel.
- Wear safety equipment as advised in (C.O.S.H.H.) statements.
- Do read and follow all the fluid manufacturers instructions for application and safe use.
- Store the vessel inside an outbuilding away from foodstuffs and out of reach of children.
- Label vessel with chemical used, even if water. It is highly recommended that individual vessels should be used for individual chemicals.
- Cross contamination can give unexpected results. Also possible spillages are avoided in transferring liquids.
- DO NOT spray at people, animals, protected insect species, in high winds, at naked flames or sources of heat.
- DO NOT use the pressure sprayer for any purpose other than for which it is designed.
- DO NOT use whilst eating, drinking, smoking; under the influence of drugs, alcohol, intoxicating medication, or if fatigued.
- DO NOT use to spray flammable liquids, solvents etc.
INTRODUCTION
Ideal for spraying a wide variety of fluids including water, herbicides, pesticides, insecticides, fungicides and solvent-free preservative treatments. Metal lance with adjustable nozzle which can be switched between mist and jet settings. Fitted with adjustable shoulder strap and pressure relief valve.

OPERATION
- Grip the dual purpose handle (A) and engage with drive tangs on filler cap (B), holding the vessel rotate the filler cap to remove.
- Avoiding spillages, fill to 5L maximum or required volume.
- Re-attach filler cap, keeping vessel vertical. With the dual purpose handle, engage with tangs on filler cap, holding the vessel rotate until filler cap is hand tight against the neck seal.
- Attach a label with contents indicated.
- Pressurise (A) as shown in illustration. Pressure can be reduced manually via the spring return pressure release valve (C).
- Operate the trigger (E) to spray and rotate the nozzle to obtain desired spray mode, rotate nozzle fully to close.
- After use, operate pressure relief valve to depressurize the vessel.
- Flush externally with water to clean off residuals and store safely after use.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely un serviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.
