Introduction

SmartShare 4K Pro is an intuitive and high-efficiency 4K wireless presentation and collaboration system that enables any meeting participant to simply share the content from their laptop, mobile phone, or tablet on the projector or large screen wirelessly, no APP required, no setup, no messy cables, just click and share. SmartShare 4K Pro supports up to 16 presenters to share their content instantly without wasting valuable meeting time. A standard SmartShare 4K Pro is a combination of one transmitter and one receiver, the receiver is connected to a projector or display, and the transmitters are connected to a PC or any device with an HDMI jack, after connected, users click the button on the transmitter and the screen will be streaming to the display, it’s easy for other users to switch by click. You can buy an additional transmitter or receiver if needed. Overview

TX

  1. HDMI in: connect with the HDMI port of the source devices.

  1. Reset: press the button up to 3s for a factory reset
  2. Type C: for power supply.

TX Playback time

  1. Some video sources’ HDMI has 5V output, which ensures TX up to 4 hours of playback.
  2. If the video source’s HDMI has no power output, the built-in battery of the TX can support 50 minutes of playback. If the battery is running out, please place the TX into the cradle for charging.

Receiver Installation

  1. Connect the RX with the HDMI port of the display.

Remark: Remark: the power supply of RX is about 5V/0.5A. Please connect the RX with a power adapter if your TV can’t supply enough power.

Connect to internet

  • Connect the RX SSID with your smart devices, the SSID and password are shown on the left upper corner of the screen.TEVII-G402TX-SmartShare-4K-Pro-fig-7

  • Open the browser with your phone, and input the IP address that shows on the right upper corner of the screen to enter to the RX management platform. Remark: when connected to the router, the IP address will be updated accordingly.TEVII-G402TX-SmartShare-4K-Pro-fig-8

  • Select the network and connect to the management platform, the RX will link to the network and show the network SSID on the middle of the screen. (to get better performance, we recommend connecting with 5G router)TEVII-G402TX-SmartShare-4K-Pro-fig-10

AP password management:

Language
Users can change the language on the management page:

Screen Position
If the RX HDMI OUT size is not compatible with the display, the user can use Screen Position to adjust the zoom-in and zoom-out the screen.

Airplay mode: you can select to use streaming mode or Mira mode.

Pairing a transmitter and receiver
A standard SmartShare 4K Pro set includes one receiver and one transmitter, which are paired before shipment. Normally you don’t need to pair them again. However, if you buy an additional transmitter or upgrade to new software, you need to follow the instructions below to pair the new transmitter with the receiver.

Pairing instruction:

  1. Power on the receiver and connect with the display and wait for RX to enter the home page.
  2. Power on the TX and wait around 5-10seconds, the button light of the TX will turn to flash red, Then hold the reset button up to 3 seconds till the button flash fast for factory reset, then the TX will restart and the LED light will turn from red to flashing blue after 30s automatically.
  3. Click the TX button to stream when the TX LED is turning to flash blue.

Stream from TX: SmartShare 4K Pro TX Installation

  1. Connect the SmartShare 4K Pro TX’s HDMI to the PC HDMI port.
  2. The LED indicator of the SmartShare 4K Pro TX will turn red when it’s booting up.
  3. The LED indicator will become blue and flash when SmartShare 4K Pro is ready to stream.
  4. Click the button to start casting, the LED indicator will become constant blue.

Streaming from smart devices

  1. iOS devices

    • Search RX SSID and connect. (SSID: RXxxxxx, Password: 12345678), the SSID is shown on the left upper corner of the screen.
      Remark: if the RX is already connected with your network, just make sure your device is in the same network with RX.

Android devices
