How to pair SOUNDPEATS Air4 Pro?

1. Open the lid of the charging case, press and hold the button on the chargingcase for 3 seconds until the indicator light on the charging case flashes white. At this point, they enter into pairing mode. 2. Turn on your device's Bluetooth and select SOUNDPEATS Air4 Pro fromtheBluetooth list to complete the pairing

How to reset SOUNDPEATS Air4 Pro?

1. Place both earbuds back into the charging case, and make sure theyareplaced correctly. 2. With the case lid open, press and hold the button of the charging casefor 10s until the indicator light of case flashes white twice. 3. Close the case lid and take out the wireless earbuds, and they are activatedsuccessfully. Reset complete.

How to charge the charging case?

1. Connect the charging case to a Type-C charger. (The current doesnot exceed 1A). 2. If the earphones stay idle for an extended period, charge themat least everythree months to prevent the battery from being damaged.

What should I do if the charging case won’t charge?

Please try to use another known working charging cable to chargethe charging case for more than 10 hours through your computer. Whenyoucharge the case, please take both earbuds out of charge case. Compared to other electronics, the earbuds are low power products. Hencefor charging safety, please use the regular charger head in good status.

What can I do if any earbud stopped charging?

When you put the earbud one by one into the charge case, you will seethelight of case will flash white once separately, then the earbuds will gointocharge status.
