Device Overview
- Action Button: Press to turn on the device. Press to stop the activity timer.
- Hold for 3 seconds to turn on the watch.
- Down Button: Press to turn off the screen (Default).
- Support customization (click/long press), which can be set on the watch.
- Touchscreen: Swipe up or down to scroll through widgets, features, and menus.
- Long press 3s to change dials.
- Swipe up to view the messages.
- Swipe down to view the menu.
- Swipe right to view the shortcut feature.
- Swipe left to view the widgets.
Pairing Your Smartphone
To set up the device, it must be paired directly through the FitCloudPro app, instead of from the Bluetooth® settings on your smartphone.
- From the app store on your smartphone, install and open the FitCloudPro app
- Click the device and click ‘Add Peripheral Now’
- Click ‘Search Now’ and choose K52
- Agree to the phone binding request on watch
- Agree all the permission request on your phone
- (Till now, the watch has successfully connected to your phone)
TIPS
- Make sure you have opened and kept the FitCloudPro app running in the background.
- If you want to enable the Bluetooth call function, you have to swipe right to the shortcut feature and click the phone button to enable the call audio or media audio.
Connected Features
- Connected features are available for your device when you connect the device to a compatible smartphone using FitCloudPro app and Bluetooth technology.
[Telephone]
- Turn on your watch and swipe right to the shortcut feature and click the phone button and enable the call audio
- Enter the secondary menu and click the ‘Telephone’ to make call from you watch
[Contact Person]
- Open the FitCloudPro app and click device
- Scroll down and find the ‘Favorite Contacts’
- Click ‘Add’ to add 10 contacts
- Click ‘Done’ and wait a few seconds for synchronization
- Turn on your watch and enter the secondary menu and click the ‘Contact Person’ to make call from you watch
- If you can’t add contacts from the FitCloudPro app, go to your phone settings and check if you have enabled contact permissions for the FitCloudPro app.
[Call Records]
- View the recent call history.
[Voice Assistant]
Sync the smart voice assistant on your phone.
- Turn on your watch and swipe right to the shortcut feature and click the phone button and enable the media audio
- Enter the secondary menu and click the ‘Voice Assistant’ to use this function
- If you can’t use this function, go to your phone settings and check if you have enabled voice assistant permissions for the FitCloudPro app.
[Data]
- Turn on your watch and enter the secondary menu and click the ‘Data’ to view the steps/Kcal/Km
- Scroll down and view the 24 hours steps, 7 days of step data, average steps
[Workout]
The watch has 20 built-in sports modes, you could download more sports modes from FitCloudPro app.
- Open the FitCloudPro app and click device
- Scroll down and find the ‘Sports Push’
- Choose the sports mode and click ‘Push the sports’
- Wait a few seconds for synchronization
- Turn on your watch and enter the secondary menu and click the ‘Workout’ to find the sports mode and start to track
- If you click on ‘Sports Push’ and don’t see the sports mode, please check if you have enabled the cellular data.
[Workout Records]
- View the recent workout history.
[Hear Rate]
- Turn on your watch and enter the secondary menu, click the ‘Heart Rate’ to measure the heart rate
- Scroll down and view the heart rate zones, 24 hours HR, average HR
- If you want to monitor your heart rate all day, you have to open the FitCloudPro app and enable the ‘Automatic Health Monitoring’ and set the time 00:00-23:59.
[Sleep]
- Turn on your watch and enter the secondary menu, click the ‘Sleep’ to view your sleep data
- Track your sleep from 20:00pm to 10:00am.
- Not suitable for people who work late shifts.
[Blood Pressure]
- Turn on your watch and enter the secondary menu, click the ‘Blood Pressure’ to measure the blood pressure
- Scroll down and view the BP data of last 7 times, average BP
[Blood Oxygen]
- Turn on your watch and enter the secondary menu, click the ‘Blood Oxygen’ to measure the blood oxygen
- Scroll down and view the SPO2 data of last 7 times, average SPO2
[Messages]
- A notification authorization will appear when the smartwatch is connected to the phone for the first time, please click ‘Allow’
- Open FitCloudPro app, click the ‘Push Notifications’ and enable all the reminder
- Turn on your watch, enter the secondary menu, click the ‘Messages’ to view your messages
- If you can’t use the function properly, please check if the authorization is turned on.
[iOS]
- Remove the watch from FitCloudPro app
- Forget the Bluetooth of watch from your phone Bluetooth list
- Uninstall the FitCloudPro app, reset the watch
- Go setting of your phone, click ‘Notifications’
- Click ‘Show Previews’ and choose ‘Always’
- Back to ‘Notifications’, scroll down and find ‘Messages’
- Turn on the ‘Allow Notifications’
- Tick ‘Lock Screen’, ‘Notification Center’, ‘Banners’
- Scroll down and find ‘Show Previews’, choose Always (Default)
- Till now, all the authorizations have been successfully allowed
- Download FitCloudPro app and allow the ‘Background App Refresh’
- Connect the watch to your phone
- A notification authorization will appear, please click ‘Allow’
- Click the ‘Push Notifications’ and enable all the reminder
[Android]
- Remove the watch from FitCloudPro app
- Uninstall the FitCloudPro app, reset the watch
- Go settings of your phone, click ‘Notifications & Control Center’
- Click ‘App Notifications’
- Find and click ‘FitCloudPro’
- Enable ‘Show Notifications’ & ‘Allow Floating Notifications’ & ‘Allow Lock Screen Notifications’
- Till now, all the authorizations have been successfully allowed
- Download FitCloudPro app & connect the watch to your phone
- Find and click ‘Push Notifications’ on FitCloudPro app
- Find and click the ‘Grant Permissions Manually’
- Find and click ‘FitCloudPro’
- Enable ‘Allow Notification Access’
- Back to ‘Push Notifications’ on FitCloudPro app
- Turn on the ‘Enable All Reminder’ button
[Weather]
- Open the ‘FitCloudPro’ app
- Scroll down and find the ‘Weather Reports’
- Turn on the ‘Weather Reports’ button
- Wait a few seconds for sync
- If you still can’t view the weather on your watch, you can try to unbund and reconnect the watch.
[Female]
- Open the ‘FitCloudPro’ app
- Click ‘Me’ and click ‘LOGIN/REGISTER’
- Change the ‘Sex’ to ‘Female’
- Back to the previous step and find the ‘Women’s Health’
- Turn on the ‘Women’s Health’ and set the ‘Preparation of Pregnancy’/’Pregnancy Period’
[Music]
- The EIGIIS K52 smartwatch does not have the local music function, it relies on the mobile music player to control and play music
- If you want to play music on your smartwatch, please make sure you have turned on the media audio button on your smartwatch.
[Breath Training]
- Turn on your watch and enter the secondary menu, click the ‘Breath Training’ to start the breath training
[Stopwatch]
- Turn on your watch and enter the secondary menu, click the ‘Stopwatch’ to use this function
[Timer]
- Turn on your watch and enter the secondary menu, click the ‘Timer’ to use this function
- Or you can scroll down and click ‘+’ to custom time
[Alarm Clock]
- Open the ‘FitCloudPro’ App
- Find and click ‘Alarms’
- Click the ‘+’ in the top right corner
- Set the alarm time
- Then you can turn the alarm on/off on the watch
[Collection Code]
- Open the ‘FitCloudPro’ App
- Find and click ‘Wallet’
- Add the code on it
[Business Card]
- Open the ‘FitCloudPro’ App
- Find and click ‘Business Card’
- Add the code on it
[Set Time]
- Turn on your watch and enter the secondary menu, click the ‘Set Time’ to custom time
[Calculator]
- Turn on your watch and enter the secondary menu, click the ‘Calculator’ to do calculation
