Operation Instruction

Issue: One side of the earphones has sound while the other side is silent.

Place the earphones back into the charging case and disconnect the Bluetooth, then re-pair them.

If your earphones have low battery power, it may cause unstable or disconnected connections.

When taking them out, press and hold the earphone touch button for 5 seconds will turn them off by mistake. You can press and hold the touch button for 3 seconds to turn them back on or place them back into the charging case and take them out again.

Issue: Low volume from the earphones.

Check if the earphone battery is fully charged, as low battery power can result in low volume.

Tap the right earphone three times to increase the volume and ensure the correct touch position.

Adjust the speakers to the best position at the outer part of the ear canal when wearing them. Wear the side with the touch button (with the letter “L” or “R” and the metal charging port) behind your ear.

Issue: Frequent disconnections.
Possible causes and solutions: -
Distance: If you are too far away from your phone or other Bluetooth devices, it may result in unstable or disconnected connections. Make sure the distance between your earphones and the device does not exceed 10 meters.

Bluetooth signal interference: If there are other Bluetooth devices or wireless signals around you, it can cause unstable or disconnected connections. Try to avoid using the earphones in environments with strong signal interference.

Earphone malfunction: If none of the above methods solve the problem, it could be a malfunction in the earphones themselves. We recommend contacting customer support or a repair center for assistance.

Issue: Multiple i20 Bluetooth names appear.
If you are experiencing multiple i20 Bluetooth names appearing, it may be due to the earphones not being paired correctly.
Once the earphones are in pairing mode, go to the Bluetooth settings on your device and forget/delete any previously paired i20 devices.
Now, select the newly appeared i20 Bluetooth name from the available devices in your Bluetooth settings.

The ear clip is made of a high-polymer memory material that is adjustable based on the shape of your ear.
If the ear clip feels too tight when wearing, gently bend it a few times within a range of about 60 degrees to reduce the clamping force. With prolonged use, the ear clip will mold itself to the size and shape of your ear based on your usage.
Note: Do not bend the ear clip at an angle exceeding 90 degrees, as it can cause stress damage to the material, making it difficult to restore its original shape. Wearing Precautions, Part 2:
Adjust the speaker to align with the outer part of your ear canal for the best
fit.
Pay attention to the orientation of the earphones when wearing them. The side
with the speaker opening should be placed inside your ear, while the side with
the letter “L” or “R” and the charging metal should be placed behind your ear.
Otherwise, the sound may be too low.
Note: For those who are new to this type of earphones, there may be an
adjustment period when first wearing them. After a few uses, you will become
accustomed to them.
