Setup

  1. Do not expose the device to rain or moish.Jre to reduce the risk of fire or electric shock. Objects filled with liquids. such as vases. should not be placed on this device.
  2. Do not place this device on soft surfaces such as tablecloths or carpets. Otherwise, the device could be a fire hazard.
  3. Do not place this device in areas susceptible to excessive dust and dirt or near any appliance generating a strong magnetic field.
  4. To prevent overheating, do not block or clog the ventilation openings.
  5. Never place this device in a confined space. Always leave enough space around this device for ventilation.
  6. Protect this device from overexposure to direct sunlight. heat. large temperah.Jre fluctuations. and mois1ure. Avoid extreme temperatures. This device’s proper operations and storage temperah.Jre and accessories are OOF to 95°F.
  7. When this device runs for a long period of time, the surface may become hot. Shut it down immediately and unplug the charger. Resume operation after this device has cooled down.
  8. Always handle this device with core. Avoid touching the lens. Do not allow children to operate the device without supervision.
  9. Never place heavy or sharp abjects on this device.
  10. To ovoid electric shock. do not disassemble.

The fallowing safety instructions ensure the long service life of the projector to avoid fire or electric shock. Please read carefully and pay a ttention to the following warnings.

Notice Hearing Safety

  • To ovoid hearing domoge, do not listen for extended periods ot high volume. Set the volume to o sole level.

Charging

  1. The charger is output voltage/ current of DC 12V /2A. The charger should be installed neor this product ond should be easily accessible.
  2. When charging, place this device in on environment wilh on overage room temperature (ranges from 41 °F to 77°F recommended) ond good ventilation.
  3. When using o power bonk or o non-original power adopter to charge the projector, the input current ond voltage must exceed 12V / 1 .SA or 9V /2A, or it con not be full charged. When the input current ond voltage is 9V / 1.SA, it con only be charged by 60%.

Battery

  1. Do not replace the built-in battery by yourself. Contact an authorized service center to replace it.
  2. The remote control contains two AAA batteries, which can be swallowed easily.
    • ( Nate: Batteries ore not included in the pockoge, please purchase them seporotely!) Keep the remote control out of reach o f the children.
  3. Risk of explosion! Keep the batteries owoy from heot, direct sunlight, or fire. Never dispose of batteries by burning.
  4. Please remove the batteries it the remote control is not used for o long period of time.
  5. Only replace the batteries in the remote control with the some or on equivalent type.
  6. Batteries contain chemicals ond should be disposed o f propel1y.
  7. Chorge this device regularly. Do not store this device with a completely discharged battery.

IOS wired connection

  • It con only be connected through the USB interface, not through the TYPE-C interface.

Cleaning

  1. Use o soft, lint-free cloth. Never use liquid. gaseous, or easily flommoble cleansers (sprays, abrasives, polishes, alcohol) to clean.
  2. Do no t use ony liquid cleaning agents to clean the tens to ovoid domoging the cooling film on the lens. Use lens cleaning paper to clean the lens.

Repairs

  1. Do not moke ony repairs to this device yourself. Only hove your device repaired by an authorized service center.
  2. Improper mointenonce con result in injuries or domoge to this device.
  3. Refer oil servicing to qualified service personnel.

Caution

  1. Possibly hozordous optical rodiotion emitted from this device.

Tips:

  1. Blurry Image
    • First, the projector has automatic upper vertical ±40° ladder correction or manual correction.
    • Second, rotate the focus button lo obtain the best clarity.

    • Adopting a single mounting hole dual-use design, the projector is compatible with the standard camera tripod and 1 /4 inch screw projector tripod stand.

Remote Control

Attention:

  1. Do not submerge the remote control in the water.
  2. Do not put the remote control near fire or in wet or hot places.
  3. Do not use old and new batteries together in the remote control.
  4. Please take the batteries out if not using the remote control for a long time to avoid battery leakage.
  5. Please point the remote control toward the IR receiver.
  6. Please use the remote control within 20 feet distance and 30 degree angle.

3.5 mm audio connection

  • a. Use 3.5 mm audio to connect headphones and speaker equipment.
  • USB connection
    • Insert the USB flash/ storage hard drive Into the USB port and c hoose USB as the source from the menu.
    • (The USB icon on the main interface will tum blue ofter the USB inserts. If the USB icon on the interface does not display blue. you need to insert it again or c heck whether the USB disk is faulty.)
  • Supported multimedia formats

Tips:

  1. Mini Display Port lo HD Cable, Thunderbolt to HD Adapter are needed lo be compatible with Apple iMac, MacBook. Surface, ThinkPad.
  2. Supported resolution: 576P,480P,720P, 1080P,640×480,800×600, 1024×768, 1280×1024, 1280×720, 1440×900, 1366×768, 1920xl080, 1280×800, 1440×960,680×1050

Tips:
Cannot use TYPE-C interface for wired connection.

  • Step 2. Connec t iPhone / iPod and the USB port of projector with the lightning coble.
  • Step 3. Select “Trusf’ in the pop-up window of “Trust This Computer?”. Enteryour device password. The display of your iPhone/iPod will be projected to the wall/screen ofter o few seconds.

WIFI wireless screen mirroring

  • b. For Android Phone(Android system) Streaming with your WiFi (wireless connection)

  • Step 2. Connect your Android device to the same WiFi. Then select “Android Miracasf’ screen mirroring as the input source.

Please note:

  • a. Make sure your mobile device is within 3 ft of the projector when using the wireless connection.
  • b. Some mobile devices do not support screen mirroring. Please make sure your mobile device supports the MHL function.

BT connection

Projector Installation

  1. Please install the bracket directly to the bottom of the projector.
  2. When installing the projector on the ceiling, please purchase a projector bracket recommended by an installation professional and follow the instructions supplied of the bracket.

Problems listed below might occur during the operation of your projector. Please refer to the possible factors that might cause the issue lo troubleshoot. If you have any questions during use, please feel free to contact our customer service team.

  • (Audio)Q: Why is the projector display available but without audio?
    • A 1: The projector or the connected device (PC, TY, etc.) is muted.
    • A2: The video format is not supported by the projector.
    • A3: Fire stick: Enter ”Selfing” and find “Display & Sound”, Then select “novigofion sounds”. Select Stereo (or PCM) for “surround sound”.
  • (Audlo)Q: Why Is the projector’s audio available but without display?
    • A 1: The video format is not supported by the projector.
    • A2: Encryption applied to the videos or media player who holds the video.
    • A3: If the projector lamp is off with only audio playing, the lamp is defective. Please contact customer service for a replacement.
    • A4: Try another HD cable if you select the HD Input Source,
  • (Audio)Q: Video playback is out of sync with sound and picture?
    • A 1: The fluency of playing is related to the network; If you are connected to a Wifi device, it generally has a delayed display.
  • [Slgnal)Q: Why does the projection screen show No Signal?
    • A 1: Make sure all cables are plugged correctly and firmly.
    • A2: Make sure you select the right Input Source. For example, if you connect with a phone. Please follow the “Connections” section in the manual.
  • [lmage)Q: How can I do if the image is blurry or out of shape?
    • A 1: Adjust the focus ring by moving it leftward / rightward till ii shows the correct image.
    • A2: Place the projector on a flat surface horizontally or vertically. An inner at any angle may result in blurry displays or uneven colors.
    • A3: Darker environment suggested achieving the best pro cine performance.
    • A4: The eligible distance of 1.64 – 9 .85 feet between the projec tor and projecting sc reen/wall.
    • AS: Projec ting wall or screen is c lean white if possible.
  • [lmage)Q: How can I do if the image is upside down?
    • A 1 : Press the “Menu” on the remote to enter the Settings. Then, select “Projection Mode”, Press the “OK” button to rotate the image.
  • [lmage)Q: What can I do if the projection screen is not square or horizontal?
    • A 1: Make sure the projector is placed on a flat surface with a projector light in the middle of the screen.
    • A2: Make sure the projector screen is placed horizontally.
  • [lmage)Q: How can I do if there is color distortion?
    • A 1: Make sure the video source has a satisfactory resolution.
    • A2: Adjust the colors: enter Menu-Pic ture-Color Temperature, select different modes and adjust the value accordingly.
    • A3: Reset the projector to manufacturer selfing: enter Menu-System-Restore Factory Default to reset.
  • [lmage)Q: How can I do if there ore black spots, bright spots, and yellowing in the projection picture?
    • A 1: It was caused by dust. If can be cleaned, Please contact our c ustomer service team for the cleaning operation.
  • [lmage)Q: How can I do if there is a line/blurry screen In the projection picture?
    • A 1: Please restart it to see if it can be solved. The line/blurry screen is caused by the motherboard or screen. If you can’t solve it, please contact our c ustomer service team for help.
  • (Remote control)Q: How can I do if the remote is unresponsive?
    • A 1: Make sure the batteries ore installed correctly and have enough power.
    • A2: Please make sure the IR receiver is not covered.
    • A3: Contac t customer service team for a replacement.
  • [Settlng]Q: How can I change the language?
    • A 1: Press the “Menu” on the remote to enter the System Setting. Enter “OSD Language”.
  • [Display)Q: How should I do if there are small dots on display?
    • A 1: Tap the projector slightly to shake off the dust, which may be caused during installing or shipping.
    • A2: Clean the lens with clean non-woven fabrics. Try c leaning the projector. When cleaning the projec tor, you can dip if in a lcohol.
  • [Damage)Q: What should I do If there Is expanding dark spot or smoke when using the projector?
    • A 1: Check if the fan noise increases or the fan stops working . Unplug the projector a nd contact our c ustomer service team for assistance.
    • A2: Make sure the outlet and projector power adapter is not wet or humid, which will cause sparks or smoke on the outlet when power on the projector.
  • [Shut off)Q: Why does the projector is shut off during playing?
    • A 1: Ensure the power plug is working and firmly fitted into the outlet.
    • A2: If the fan doesn’t work when using it, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
    • AJ: Overheating on the projector will activate the built-in power-off protection panel. Restart the projector when it gets cooler.
  • [3D]Q: Can this projector support the 30 effect?
    • A 1: The projector supports a 3D video source, and 3D viewing performance is achievable with Red-Blue 3D Glasses, but please understand the experience will not be better than in the theater, and we do not recommend it if you have ahigher expectation about the 3D effect.
  • [USB)Q: Why doesn’t anything work in the main interface, especially with external storage connected?
    • A 1: Correct Input Source must be selected when using the USB disk. Otherwise, No Signal will be shown on the screen.
  • [Lamp]Q: Why doesn’t the projector’s lamp fight up or power up?
    • A 1: Please contact our customer service team for help.
  • [Connection]Q: The projector ports is insensiHve?
    • A 1: Try to replace the cable. If it can’t be solved, contact our cuslomer service team for help.
  • [Wifi connection)Q: When the projector opens the same screen mirror interface, no blue signal screen is displayed, and Wifi does not display?
    • A 1: Attempt to power off and restart whether to recover.
  • [MACJQ: No sound from the MAC-connected projector?
    • A 1: Select apple menu> system preferences, and then c lick sound. In the output panel, make sure your input is correctly selected.
    • A2: If you use the mini Display Port converter to connect, make sure your Maccan connect via mini Display Port to send audio.
    • AJ: If you are connecting from the Mac mini, unplug any audio device connected to the computer audio output port.
  • (Screen mirrorlng)Q: Video cannot be mirrored to the projector? Or is there sound or picture in the mirror Image? No photo, no sound?
    • A 1: Copyrighted video cannot be on the same screen, for example (prime, Hulu, Netflix, Disney+)
    • PS: (prime, Huiu, Netflix, Disney+) streaming media with a copyright can try to play the same screen on the web page
  • [Screen mirroring)Q: Screen mirror jam, frame drop, delay, automatic disconnection?
    • A 1: The smoothness of the screen image is rela ted to the quality of the network.
  • [Screen mirroring)Q: Screen mirroring can’t connect to the network?
    • A 1: The router at home is fully connected (sometimes the connection of our mobile phones is unsuccessful, and the router itself limits the number of connected devices).
    • A2: The password entered is incorrect (check the password).
    • AJ: The machine is too far from the router device.
    • A4: If the machine’s WiFi fails, turn it off and start it for the test, or restore the factory setting once.
