Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I use my electric devices overseas together with this plug adapter?

A: First, please verify whether your destination country accepts Type A plug. Second, please identify the local voltage requirement. Even though most Type A countries use the same voltage as US & Canada (100-125V), there could be still a few countries which may differ in voltage, such as Cambodia/ Philippines (220V). In this case, your electric devices need to support dual-voltage (110V & 220V) or multi-voltage (100V-240V). Other wise, there could be the risk of burn ing, fire or even explosion.

Q: How can I check my electric device's input current and voltage?

A: Please refer to your device's user manual, original OEM charging adapter, or contact the device manufacturer to get this information. Then you can decide whether you could use it overseas by using TROND Prime Nano without taking another voltage converter.

Q: Why those two USB ports don't charge my device properly, or the charging speed is slow?

A: Please verify whether: 1) this plug adapter is securely plugged into an active Type A outlet, and its white LED indicator gets lit up; 2) your USB charging cable isn't broken; 3) your device requires Quick Charge, which is NOT supported by TRON D Prime Nano.
