Warning & Caution

Leveling casters

  • Use the leveling caster for short distance transporting & fixing the equipment or apparatus.
  • In the event the weight of equipment exceeds the recommended load per 4 casters, it will not withstand the heavier loads as the load is to be concentrated on 2 casters, even though more casters than 4 casters would be installed.
  • Never place loads heavier than the recommended load per 4 casters, as the casters may be damaged in the case of quipment weight exceeds the recommended load per 4 casters.

General casters

  • Use the general caster for the feet of equipment or moving carts. Using this caster other than the above purpose may cause undesirable accidents.
  • Never place loads heavier than the recommended load per 4 casters.

  • Select a model within the range of recommended load per 4 casters not exceeding the maximum loads of equipment or
  • Tightly fasten the plate of both faces with bolts & nuts, not to have any

How to use

Leveling casters

  • The users of leveling caster (multi functional purpose caster) must keep in mind followings. Not conforming to the above matters may inflict the personal injury, caster or property

  • The running speed of carts by manual is not exceeded over 4km/h and the carts by power should not be exceeded over 20km/h.

How to Inspect

  • When using the casters for a long period check the mounting bolts & nuts as they may be (Inspection cycle may vary depending on usage.)

  • The period of G—Dok product warranty is extended to One(1) Year from the date of purchase, providing either the sales service or replacement with new product at free of charge in the case of defective product due to G—Dok.
