AquaOne HW-302 Outside Filter
Thank you for purchasing an AquaOne HW Series outside filter. Read the user manual carefully before use to ensure you use the device properly.
Guarantee
The warranty term is 2 years, valid from the date ofthe sales invoice (also
the date of purchase). Quick-ware parts of the pump are beyond the scope of
guarantee. The damage caused by incorrect use or the contrive damage will be
exempted.
Operation guide

To set your filter up, the buckles (1) and (2) should be unclipped from the main body of filter head this will then separate the head from the base of the filter. (PIC 1)

Add the filter materials as you like, install all draining skeps in order. Then fasten the barrel head to mian body, close the buckle (1) and (2). (PIC 2)

Push the inlet and outlet taps into the filter head and fasten using the small handle in between the taps this is also the shut of valve, After this attach your hose to each tap and secure using the screw caps,(PIC 3)

Install the inlet assembly according to the parts list. install the tube to the inlet and tighten the bolt. Fix the whole inlet assembly tot he tank according to (PIC 6), and tighten the screws on the fixing base. And fix the pipe
to the overflow pipe for intake. -
Install the Outlet assembly according to the parts list. lnstall the tube to the inlet and tighten the bolt. Fix the outlet assembly to the tank according to (PIC 6), and tighten the screws on the fixing base. And fix the pipe to the overflow pipe for return.

According to the diagram then press down the blue primer button on top of the filter head this will prime the filter drawing water in through the hose. Repeat this if necessary until all pipework is full with water,(PIC 4)

Things under the transparent cover are control switch of UV light and indicator of the UV, When the electrical source switch on, you can see the indicator light is shine which means the UV light works normally; lf the indicator light is off which means the UV light tubes have broken, it is necessary to change the UV light tube.(PIC 5)
The method of replacing the uv light tube
- Open the filter head from the main body careffully, turn the head upside down. Loosen the two screws around the quartz sleeve (PIC 1). Then gently turn the quartz to release it fro, the filter head (PIC 2).
- Pull the UV bulb out from the filter head to then replace (PIC3).
- Finally install a new UV bulb, and assemblythe filter.

- According to the diagrammatic presentation, please open the lid from the mail body carefully. Put the lid in inversion, then hold the quartz tube and circumgyrate in lightly, just as the left picture shows. When the gap of the quartz tube and the gap of the connection of the light tubes are accordant, pull out the quartz tube.
- According to the diagrammatic representation, pulling out the bad light tube.
- Installing the new light tube and the quartzose tube.
