Product Usage Instructions

Installation

1. Canopy Adjustment
   Push the canopy adjustment line to adjust the length.

2. Mounting Plate Installation

3. Uninstall mounting plate (A) by rotating lock screws (FF) counterclockwise.

4. Install the mounting plate (A) to your junction box using washers (BB), screws (CC or DD), and nuts (EE).

5. Anchor the lamp onto the mounting plate (A).

6. Grounding Options

7. Option A: Connect ground wires from the junction box and fixture using twist cap connectors (AA).

8. Option B: Splice the green ground wire to expose the copper wire and connect as instructed.

Diffuser Replacement

1. Close the tabs with pliers to release the existing diffuser (C).
2. Replace the diffusers.
3. Open the tabs with a screwdriver.

The distributor’s products should be cared for properly to maintain their beauty. Avoid using harsh abrasive cleansers as they can damage the product’s finish.

CAUTION
Please carefully read the following important safety information before handling or installing this light. There is a risk of serious injury while handling this product. To minimize these risks, please note:

• Before starting the installation of this fixture or the removal of a previous fixture, disconnect the power by turning off the circuit breaker or by removing the fuse at the fuse box.
• Be careful not to damage or cut the wire insulation (covering) during fixture installation. Do not permit wires to contact any surface having a sharp edge. To do so may damage or cut the wire insulation, which could cause serious injury or death from electric shock.
• Do not mount or place near gas or electric heaters, fireplace, candles or other similar sources of heat.
• If you have any doubts or questions about the installation of this fixture, consult a qualified electrician.
• Do not cover the product with cloth, paper or any material not part of the product when in use.
• Read and follow all instructions that are on the product or provided with the product.
• Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents list and hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product.
• Keep this installation manual for future reference.
• The luminaire must be installed by qualified electrician.

PREPARATION
Before beginning assembly, installation or operation of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents list and diagram on previous page. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble, install or operate the product. Contact customer service for replacement parts.

INSTALLATION

1. Push the canopy adjustment line to adjust the length.
   

2. Uninstall mounting plate (A) by rotating lock screws (FF) counterclockwise. Install the mounting plate (A) to your junction box using washers (BB), screws (CC or DD) and nuts (EE). Choose bolts (CC or DD) based on your junction box.

3. Anchor the lamp onto the mounting plate (A).

4. The following two options are offered for grounding.

5. Option A: If the junction box (not supplied) has a bare copper ground wire. Loop the bare copper ground wire from its middle to the ground bolt (green) on the mounting plate (A). Connect the ground wires from the junction box and fixture with the provided twist cap connectors (AA). Alternatively, you can connect both ground wires together directly with the provided twist cap connectors (AA). Option B: If the junction box (not supplied) has a green ground wire. Splice the green ground wire (1/2in strip) to expose the copper wire within, then loop the exposed wire to the ground bolt (green) on the mounting plate (A). Then attach it to the ground wire of light fixture using the twist cap connectors (AA). Connect the fixture neutral (N) wire to house neutral (white) wire and the fixture live (L) wire to the house live (black) wire. Use provided twist cap connectors (AA) to make all connections. Stuff wires into the junction box (not supplied).

6. Reinstall the canopy (B) to the mounting plate (A) using the lock screws (FF). Strongly tighten the lock screws.

HOW TO EXCHANGE THE DIFFUSER

1. Close the tabs with a pliers to release the existing diffuser (C).
2. Replace the diffusers.
3. Open the tabs with a screwdriver.

CONSUMER RESPONSIBILITIES

• The DISTRIBUTOR’s products will remain beautiful for many years if you properly care for them.
• The DISTRIBUTOR does not recommend the use of harsh abrasive cleansers on any of its products. Harsh cleansers will damage the finish of your product.

MAINTENANCE

• For daily maintenance, use a dry cloth.
• Never use abrasive cleaners or strong bleach, scrapers, metallic brushes, or other objects or any products which can graze or tarnish surfaces.

LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY

• warranty extends only to the original owner user for personal household use only. For commercial uses, additional limitations may apply.
• The DISTRIBUTOR warrants your satisfaction with each product. Should any product not meet your satisfaction due to a visual defect, simply return it to your retailer with the original packaging, PRIOR TO INSTALLATION, for a replacement.
• The DISTRIBUTOR warrants, products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year.
• The DISTRIBUTOR will, at its election, repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustment where the DISTRIBUTOR optional inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage within the warranty periods.
• Please note that the DISTRIBUTOR is not responsible for installation or removal costs.
• Modification of any product’s components may void the warranty. This warranty does not cover any claim arising from abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, improper installation or operation on the part of the purchaser. This warranty is void if the DISTRIBUTOR’s product is subject to alterations, or if repairs were done to the product.
• This warranty does not extend to any components installed by dealers, installers or by any party other than the DISTRIBUTOR.
• Implied warranties, including that of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.
• The DISTRIBUTOR disclaims any liability for special, incidental or consequential damages.

For Australia Only:

• Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
• You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
• You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
• THE SOLE REMEDY PROVIDED BY THIS WARRANTY IS THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.
• THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE COST OF REMOVAL OR INSTALLATION OF NEW PRODUCTS. THE WARRANTY WILL BE VOID IF THIS ITEM IS INSTALLED WITH OBVIOUS VISUAL DEFECTS.
