Why can't the projector and my mobile phone share the same screen?

• ForiOS device: Please ensure that both your iOS device and the projector are connected to the same router's WiFi. Make sure to select iOS Cast from the projector's home page and stay on that page. For Android devices: Please make sure to turn on the WLAN on your Android device. * Please select Miracast from the projecor's homepage and stay on that page. ® If the projector and your mobile device still can't share the same screen, please contact us directly via Amazon message or by sending emails to support@projectorcs.com.

Can | mirror or cast my smartphone via Bluetooth?

No, you can't. All projectors on the market do not support mirroring/casting via Bluetooth. The Bluetooth connection only supports connecting to an external Bluetooth speaker or soundbar for louder sound.

How to avoid audio lag when using Bluetooth?

In order to get rid of the lag, we suggest you mirror your device to the projector via a wired connection. Additionally, please move your Bluetooth device closer to the projector in order to minimize interference in the environment.

Why can't | mirror/cast Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, or Disney videos?

Due to the HDCP protocol, all projectors do not support streaming videos from Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, or Disney over the phone. Instead, you can connect an Amazon Fire TV Stick or a Google Chromecast to the projector to stream videos.

Why is there no sound when | play videos via Chromecast, Roku, or Fire TV

Please go to the Sound Settings of your TV stick and select Auto Detect or PCM. After setting, the projector will be able to decode the audio from the stick.

Why can't my projector power on?

Check if the power cord is firmly plugged into a working socket. Try another power cord or another socket.

Why is my projector out of focus and blurry?

Please adjust the focus ring and keystone ring to try to optimize image quality. Try to adjust the projection size from 60

Why is there no response when | use the remote control?

The remote control does not come with batteries, so please prepare two AAA batteries on your own and install them into the remote. Point the remote at the IR receiver on the back of the projector.

What should | do if there is a dark spot, shadow, or line in the projected

image?

Try tapping the projector slightly to see if the dust inside can be shaken off. Clean the lens with non-woven fabrics. Open the dust-removal cover of the projector, then wipe the LCD inside the projector with a cotton swab.
