How to Screen Mirror the iPhone to this WiFi Projector?
Wireless wifi Projection ( For iOS System)

• Step1: Connect your iOS device and projector to the same Wifi network
• Step2: Activate screen Mirroring/Airplay Mirroring on your iOS device and search for the projector.
• Step3: Select ZYCast-xxxx（icast） from searching list.
• Step4: Your iOS device display will be projected on wall/screen.
  If you can’t use WiFi screen mirroring function, please feel free to contact us.

2. How to use WiFi screen mirroring function for my Android phone?Wireless wifi Projection (Android System)
To activate this function, please make sure your android device support Multi- screen/Wireless display. Names differ from different Android devices.

• Step1: Turn on the wifi in settings of your Android device.To make a smoother streaming, please don’t connect to any wifi on your projector.
• Step2: Go to homepage>Miracast. Activate Multi-Screen function on your Android device and search for the projector.
• Step3: Select ZYCast-xxxx（icast） from searching list.
• Step4: Your Android device display will be projected on wall/screen.
  Kindly note: And extra HDMI adapter is needed when you mirror your device through wired connection.
  If you can’t use WiFi screen mirroring function, Please feel free to contact us.

3. Can this projector play Netflix?
In the wireless screen mirroring mode, some videos on Netflix, Disney +, prime video or Hulu do not support public projection due to copyright issues. However, they can be played normally by inserting a TV stick or roku stick into the projector, or connecting a laptop, chromecast or wireless dongle to the projector through HDMI.

4. Can i use this projector to watch videos and movies from video websites like Netflix or Hulu?
This Full HD projector is compatible with Netflix and Hulu. You can watch these protected videos as following instruction.

• Option 1: Use the HDMI cable (included) to connect the projector to an external device such as a computer,Tablet, and you will be able to play videos or movies from all of the above video sites.
• Option 2: Connect the projector to TV stick or Roku (not included) and then play all kinds of videos.

5. Is the sound of this projector loud enough?
Yes, Built-in dual stereo speakers with SRS sound system provide a great auditory sense experience without external speakers. And this projector support Dolby sound, which allow you to be more immersed when watching movies or listening music.

6. What is the native resolution of this projector?
This mini wifi projector is built by MStar advanced color engine and come with latest 5-layer Lcd lens (+80% brightness than similar projectors). Native resolution is 1280*720P, with 1920x1080P supported, aspect ratio: 4:3/16:9 and contrast ratio of 8000:1, bring you clearest display enjoyment.

7. Can i adjust the screen size?
Yes. You can adjust the projection size from 35″-240″ by changing the projection distance from 3.56ft-24.4ft; And 10ft is the recommended viewing distance.

8. Why there is no response when i use the remote control?
Firstly, please prepare two AAA batteries yourself, as battery for the remote control is not included.
Secondly, included remote control is only respond to our projector, so please do not use our remote control to control other devices such as TV, TV Stick. For example: If you connects this projector with TV Stick to play Netflix, Amazon Prime or Disney+ Video, please use the remote control of TV stick to switch between different channels, but use our remote control to adjust volume of projector.
Thirdly, remote control works with projector through IR. So it works only when IR is in direct reaction distance and will be unresponsive if the IR button is blocked or covered.

9. Why there is no sound when watching movies?
If there is no sound comes from the projector, following suggestions as your reference.

1. Check and confirm that the projector or connected device is not muted
2. Audio format is not supported （ audio format supported: MP3/WMA/OGG/AAC/FLAC/WAV).
3. The encrypted file cannot be played. Please try to play different videos.
4. Try to connect a USB flash drive or computer and try again.
5. Try to connect external speakers or another AUX cable.
   If you have tried all above and still no sound, please contact us for more help.

10. Can it be connected to external speaker for louder sound? want to use it at my birthday party.
Yes. You can connect our phone projector with sound bar or other external speakers via 3.5mm jack.

11. Does this have the ability to adjust for keystone?
Of course! ±15° Keystone correction makes it simple to project ideally aligned images from a variety of locations.
Please kindly follow the steps to adjust projection:

1. Adjust the position of the projector so that it is facing the projection screen or wall.
2. Adjust the keystone correction button on the projector so that the projected screen is rectangular.
3. Scroll the Focus wheel on the projector to make the image clear.

12. Can I use this projector for rear view screening?
Yes, this wifi projector supports multiple project methods, front, rear, ceiling, provides more flexible choices for you.

13. Is this good for outdoor use?
Yes.This phone projector has great performance in outdoor entertainment. And it is small enough to be put into a backpack, with a portable size（763 inches）and a weight of only 2 lb (about the same size and weight as a mobile phone) . You can enjoy movies at outdoor courtyard, or even travelling on business.

14. Can you attach a battery to it or does it have to be plugged in？
This projector doesn’t have built-in rechargeable battery , it must be kept plugged in when it is used.

15. Can this item be mounted on the ceiling？
This movie projector can be mounted on the ceiling. It also supports tripod mount, table mount and wall mount.

16. Can this be mounted on a camera tripod？
Acrojoy S500W mini projector can be mounted on a camera tripod, as long as the camera tripod comes with M6 screw.

17. Does this projector make noise when it is working?
This TV projector adopts the latest cooling system based on the advanced noise reduction technology, which solved the annoying problem of overheat and noise (reduce the fan noise to 46 dB, almost 90% less noisy than conventional projectors). And at present the fan noise of other projectors in market is normally 45 dB-50 dB. You don’t need to worry about overheating or excessive fan noise no longer! (Note: To extend the service life of the projector, please turn it off and rest after 2-3 hours of use).

18. I get an error when trying to play mp4 files. What file formats does this support?
Our 500W wireless projector supports these video formats:
AVI/MP4/MKV/FLV/MOV/RMVB/3GP/MPG/H.264/VOB/RM. You can’t play MP4 files, maybe because there is error in the files. Please try to play different mp4 files or MKV files.
If you still cannot play MP4 files after trying the above solutions; Or if you have any other problem, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service.

19. The wifi is not connecting, what should i do?
Firstly, please check the projector is in good situation. You can test that via connecting it to Android device without using WiFi on projector.
In addition, this issue may is only related to WiFi network. These tips for your reference:

1. Ensure the projector is within the Wi-Fi range (closer to the router), and the Wi-Fi password is correct.
2. Reboot the router.
3. It would be better if you could test on another Wi-Fi.
4. Make sure it connects with the 2.4GHZ WiFi, as this projector only supports 2.4GHZ Wi-Fi. If your router is dual-band, please close the 5GHZ Wi-Fi.

20. How to keep a projector from lagging?

1. Keep the projector clean.
2. Have only the required application open when streaming media.
3. Avoid overheating the projector and the streaming device.
4. Make sure all cables are connected properly.
5. Avoid eating or drinking next to the projector. Electronic devices don’t do well if they get wet.

21. Where is the dust from? How to properly clean it?

Dirt and dust typically come from two sources: the oils and contaminants on our hands and debris like skin cells and fabric fibers floating in the air.
Cleaning Ways:
Use a manual lens blower to blow away any debris that has gathered on the lens.
Use Len Brushes to brush the lens in a circular motion to remove the dust and debris.
Using lens-cleaning paper to gently wipe the lens to remove dust or smudges.

22. What should I do if the image is blurry.
Adjust the focus ring near the lens on the machine by moving it leftward/rightward till it shows the best images. Adjust keystone on the back and kickstand on the bottom of the machine to get the best images. Place projector on flat surface horizontally or vertically. The inclination of any angle may result in blurry displays or uneven colors.
Darker environment suggested achieving the best projecting performance.
Eligible distance between the projector and projecting screen/wall. Projecting wall or screen is blank clean of the white color is needed.

23. What should i do if no image appears?

1. Make sure the lens cover is open all the way.
2. Make sure all necessary cables are securely connected and the power is on for the projector and connected video source.
3. Press the projector’s power button is to wake it from standby or sleep mode.
4. Check if the connected computer is in sleep mode or displaying a blank screen saver.
5. Adjust the brightness setting in the projector’s image menu.
6. The projector may not be able to project copyrighted videos that you play back on a computer.
7. Contact our customer service for more help.

24. What should i do if the projector fails to turn on?

1. Check the power cord leading from the projector to the socket is securely connected and not loose at either end.
2. If it is failed to turn the projector on with remote control, please check the batteries in the remote control set.
3. After confirm the power is turned on and the cables are secure, you need to check whether the lamp is working or not.
4. Check whether your projector is overheated. Mostly, when the projector get heated, its fail-safe kicks in and it shuts off automatically.
5. Check all the cables and parts of projector that are movable. If any of them feels out of place to you, fix them firmly in their respective slot.
6. Simply unplug the power cable from the electronic supply, wait for few seconds, and plug it back in.
7. Press the power button on projector to wake it from standby or sleep mode.
8. Solutions stated above work only if the projector does not have some big hardware or power failures. Nonetheless, if all of them are not applicable, the last resort is to call for the professional help.

25. What should i do if there is dark spot/shadow on the projected image?

1. Tap projector slightly to shake off the small spot which would be caused by dust in installation or shaking during shipment. Please contact us to get the right ways to clean the dirt.
2. Clean lens with clean non-woven fabrics.

26. What should i do if there is a line on the projected image?

1. Check the power cord leading from projector to the socket is securely connected and not loose at either end.
2. Try another HDMI cable or USB cable.
3. Reset the projector. Go to Menu→Option→Restore Factory Default to restore it to default settings.
4. If the projector is overheating, it will activate the built-in power-off protection.Turn off the projector and restart the machine after cooling.

27. What should i do if the image flashes on and off?

1. Make sure the signal cable is securely connected.
2. Try another video input source, cable or device to crosscheck.
3. Online video may affect the smoothness of the streaming. Please play some downloaded videos to see if there are still problems.
4. Check the power cord leading from projector to the socket is securely connected and not loose at either end.
5. Check the current resolution and refresh rate set in the graphic card or video source is compatible with projector.
6. Reset projector. Go to Menu→Option→Restore Factory Default to restore it to default settings.

28. What should i do if the projector power off automatically?

29. Is it seamlessly connected to various devices?
This projector is equipped with a plethora of inputs like HDMI, USB, VGA, AV and AUX ports, which enable its connection with devices including but not limited to iOS/Android smartphone, laptop, tablet, PCs, TV stick, Chromecast, DVD player, PS3/PS4/PS5, Micro SD card, external speakers.

30. What can i do to improve the brightness of the projector?

1. Use it in relative dark environment.
2. Use high gain projector screens.
3. Reduce the size of the projected image.
4. Adjust keystone on projector to get better images.
5. Place projector on flat surface horizontally or vertically. The inclination of any angle may result in blurry displays or uneven colors.
6. Adjust the brightness of the projector in setting.
