HOW TO USE
- Connect the charger to the adapter through the type-C charging cable. When the power is connected, the indicator light ring flashes green and blue and then stays green, indicating that charger is in standby mode.
- Place your smartphone on phone charging area vertically or horizontally, and the blue light is breathing, indicating that MT-CWO02 is in charging state.
- Put your Apple Watch and earphone case on their corresponding charging areas to charge.
ATTENTION
- Avoid using the product at places that are wet, humid or of high temperature.
- Avoid dropping the product from high places.
- Do not disassemble the product by yourselves.
- Do not clean the product unless it is powered off.
- Do not place too close to magnetic stripe or chip card (ID card, bank cards,etc.) to avoid magnetic failure.
- Cleaning and maintenance of this product should not be done by children.
FAQ
Q1: Why does the indicator light ring flash green-blue and my phone doesn't receive any charge?
Please make sure your mobile device is Gi-standard supported. Make sure you have found the right charging position.
Q2: Can this wireless charger be plugged into just a recessed USB port of computer to work?
If the wireless charger is plugged into a USB port of your computer, it will also work but definitely the charging speed will be slower.
Q3: Is radiation from wireless charging harmful to one’s health?
The MT-CWO02 wireless charger emits non-ionizing radiation which is not harmful to humans.
Q4: My device is hot while charging, is it normal?
If you don't charge your device in a proper charging area, the heat dissipation may not be good and your phone may overheat during charging. MT- CWO02 has overheat protection function, and the base of this wireless charger is equipped with cooling vent
Q5: Will this light ring affect sleep?
The light ring is soft and will not affect your sleep, and you can tur off the light by switch.
