EXPLANATION

CARE & MAINTENANCE

  • Clean weekly with damp cloth. Handgrip may be cleaned with mild soap or detergent.
  • Do NOT use organic solvents such as acetone or abrasive cleansers.
  • Inspect weekly for wear and to ensure push button and screw knob are secure.
  • Replace cane tips as needed.
  • If anyone component appears worn or is not working properly, contact your dealer for repair or appropriate replacement pats.

USER INSTRUCTIONS

Note: Consult a healthcare professional to determine proper adjustment and usage for your specific needs.

Care Height Adjustment:

  1. Loosen screw knob by turning counter-clockwise.
  2. Press adjustment push button, grab inner tube and slide to desired height until adjustment push button clicks into the desired setting.
  3. Tighten screw knob until secure.

Quad Base Adjustment:
Note: The short legs of the base should be next to the user.

  1. Loosen screw knob and push in adjustment button.
  2. Grab inner tube and rotate 180° until adjustment push button clicks through opposite side of cane.
  3. Tighten screw knob. Cane is now ready for use with opposite hand.

PRECAUTIONS

  •  If components are damaged or missing, contact your dealer immediately. Do NOT substitute parts.
  • Before use, ensure that cane tips are not ripped, worn or missing, and are properly seated.
  • Before use, ensure that push button protrudes fully through adjustment hole and screw knob is secure.
  • Always use caution on wet or slippery surfaces.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover product failure due to misuse, negligence, improper storage or handling, improper operation and/or unauthorized modifications.

It is recommended, but not required, that the product be returned to the Rhythm Healthcare dealer through whom it was originally purchased. However, all Rhythm Healthcare dealers are qualified to assist you in obtaining warranty service. If the product is to be returned to Rhythm Healthcare, prior authorization will be required. In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, Rhythm Healthcare will determine if it is to be repaired or replaced.
