FAQ

1. Why doesn't it work when connected to my phone or camera?

CD Please make sure that your device supports audio input functionality. ® The versions above iPhone 7 and certain Android phones, do not have a 3.5mm audio interface and require an official adapter for the corresponding phone model. @3 We provide two different connecting cables (for phones/cameras). Please pay attention to distinguish ing them and choose the correct end for connection. @ After a successful connection, there will be no prompt sound or pop-up notification. This is normal, as the microphone is working. @ The built-in camera app on some Android phones does not support external audio recording devices. Please use a third-party app for video recording or recording. @ Test your device's audio interface with other microphones or audio input devices to confirm it's functioning properly and undamaged.

2. What should I do if I get a buzzing sound or connection interruption while recording?

Step 1: Check for any damage or corrosion due to rust on the connecting cable, adapter, and device input port. Step 2: Ensure that there are no water or foreign objects in the connecting cable port or device input port, and verify that they're securely connected. Step 3: Determine if your device's low battery power has triggered the internal circuit protection and disconnected the connection.

3. Why is the recorded sound unclear or very low?
