Usage Tips
Recalibrate the printer when switching label paper and set the right paper
size on computer before printing.
- Load at least 4 consecutive sheets of labels into the printer.
- Press and hold the feed button until it beeps once, then release the button
- Calibration is complete when the printer been again.

- Why it keeps printing continuously? Chinese watermark above?
- If you are using computer, uninstall then reinstall the driver, load the paper, then long press the feed button until it beeps once to calibrate the paper(approximately 3 seconds), then try print again.
- Why it prints shipping labels small? can’t print correctly?
- The most likely reason is that label is not 4×6 inch format. Back to where you download the labels (eBay, Shopify, Etsy etc.), change format from 8.5×11 inch to 4×6 inch, then download and print again.
- Why label printer won’t work?
- If you are using computer, uninstall then reinstall the driver, then try print again. If you are using phone, delete the app then install again, allow the app access “Bluetooth” and “Location” permission. The app won’t collect any personal information, location permission only for searching and connecting printer.
- Why labels printing missing? Printing blurry?
- If environment is dusty or printer print too much, dust, paper scraps or glue may accumulate and affect printer head, therefore, it’s necessary to clean the printer head on time. Use cloth and alcohol to clean printer head, do not use hard objects to avoid scratching printer head which is fragile. Also, before printing, adjust printer darkness on “Printing Preference” or “Printer feature” for better result.
