Product Usage Instructions
Getting Crispy Results
To achieve the crispiest result possible, add 5 milliliters or 1 teaspoon of oil per cup of food.
Cleaning the Drip Tray
After each use, clean the drip tray located at the bottom of the oven to prevent grease and crumbs from overheating and causing a fire.
Dual Layer Cooking
To save time, you can cook two items at once. Simply place the foods on two trays, rotate them halfway through the cooking time, and enjoy a complete meal.
Using the Rotisserie Basket
The rotisserie basket is perfect for crisping up frozen snacks like chips, tater tots, and chicken nuggets. Fill the basket no more than halfway for the best results.
Keeping the Door Closed
During and after cooking, every part of the air fryer oven, including the outer surface, gets hot. Always keep the oven door closed and use gloves or mitts when handling trays or accessories to avoid burns.
Trussing a Chicken
- Gather butcher’s twine, scissors, a whole chicken (no more than 4 pounds), and the rotisserie fork set.
- Place the chicken breastside up.
- Wrap the twine around each leg and bring them together. Secure the twine with a knot.
- Cut off any excess twine.
- Place one rotisserie fork on the shaft and tighten the knob to secure it.
- Slide the shaft through the cavity of the chicken until it punctures the other side. Leave around an inch of shaft outside the chicken.
- Place the other rotisserie fork on the shaft, insert the prongs into the chicken, and tighten the knob to secure it.
- Your chicken is now ready to cook!

Tips from the Chef
-
Get More Crisp
Add 5 millilitres / 1 teaspoon of oil per cup of food to give your food the crispiest result possible. -
Cleaning the Drip Tray
Clean the drip tray at the bottom after using. Accumulated grease and crumbs can overheat and catch fire. -
Dual Layer Cooking
Cook two items at once to save even more time. Simply place the two foods on two trays, rotate them halfway through the cooking time, and you have a complete meal! -
Using the Rotisserie Basket
Frozen foods such as chips, tater tots, and chicken nuggets will crisp up perfectly in the rotisserie basket. Fill the basket up no more than halfway for the crispiest snacks ever! -
Keep the Door Closed
Avoid opening the air fryer oven door for more than
2–3 seconds to check on your food. The air fryer oven temperature will drop significantly, and your food may turn out undercooked. -
Always Use Mitts
Be careful not to burn your skin. Every part of the air fryer, including the outside surface, is hot during and after cooking. Make sure to wear gloves or mitts when handling trays or other accessories. -
Rotisserie Chicken
When cooking a rotisserie chicken, make sure to secure the legs and wings using butcher’s twine so they don’t hang loosely as the chicken rotates. Do not cook more than 1.8 kilograms at a time on the rotisserie fork set. -
Wrapping Up
Line the trays with foil, parchment paper, or baking paper to protect the coating on the trays, catch grease, and provide easy cleanup. Wrap food in foil for easier baking.
WARNING: Use extreme caution when using foil or paper. Fit foil as securely as possible. Paper must be secured by placing food on top of it. Foil or paper must never touch the heating elements to avoid risk of fire. -
More Isn’t Always Better
Don’t let your air fryer oven get cramped. Putting too much food in the air fryer oven can cause uneven cooking. If food touches the heating elements, it will burn.
