Product Information

The Half Face Respirator is a protective device designed to filter out harmful particles and contaminants from the air. It is intended to be worn by individuals in environments where there may be a risk of respiratory hazards. The respirator consists of a gas filter cartridge, a particle filter, and a facepiece.

Use Instructions

1. Instructions and restrictions shall be followed during use. Improper use may affect the efficacy of respirators and may result in sickness or death.
2. Training on proper use of the respirator should be conducted/received before use.
3. Leave the contaminated area immediately if you smell or taste contaminants or it dizziness, suffocated, or other distress occurs.
4. Store respirators away from contaminated areas when not in use.

Use Limitations

1. This respirator does not supply oxygen. Do not use in atmospheres containing less than 19.5% oxygen.
2. If the type or concentration of pollutants is unknown, or the type or concentration of pollutants exceeds the protection object or concentration range of this respirator, this respirator is not allowed to be used.
3. Do not alter, abuse or misuse this respirator.

Warm Tips

1. The respirator itself has no smell. Some customers may be more sensitive to smell. You can clean the facepiece (excluding filters and cartridges) to eliminate odors or place it in a ventilated place to release the peculiar smell.

Assembly Instructions

1. Place the particle filter in the filter cover.
2. Use the filter cover with the particle filter to close the gas filter cartridge.
3. Align the cartridge with the gas mask body with the help of the markings.
4. Rotate the cartridge clockwise to lock the cartridge in place.

Tightness Test

1. Put the headband rack on the back of the head, pull back the buckle of the elastic band, and make the respirator buckle the mouth, nose, and chin.
2. Pull the lower elastic band to the back of the neck, tighten the fasteners, and adjust the length of the elastic band to make the face comfortable.
3. Breathe vigorously, check the leakage between the respirator and the face, and adjust to the ideal state.
4. If the sealing state is not ideal, do not enter the contaminated area, and re-adjust or replace the respirator.

Cleaning

1. Remove cartridges and/or filters.
2. Clean facepiece (excluding filters and cartridges). By immersing in a warm cleaning solution, the water temperature not to exceed 120’F. and scrub with a soft brush until clean.
3. Rinse in fresh. warm water and air dry in a non-contaminated atmosphere.
4. The cleaned respirator should be stored away from contaminated areas when not in use.

Attention

1. The cartridge or filter should be changed regularly according to the operating environment.
2. The respirator should be cleaned and maintained regularly.
3. Check before using each time to ensure its function is intact. If it is damaged, it should be discarded immediately.
4. The respirator should be kept in a ventilated and cool place to avoid the environment of high temperature, sunlight, high humidity and ultra-low temperature.
5. The filter shall be kept in a sealed package, and the validity period of the filter in an unopened state is 5 years.
