Product Information:
The 1MORE SonoFlow SE HQ30 is a high-quality ANC (Active Noise
Cancellation) Type-C headphone. It comes with various features such
as power on/off, playback control, phone call management, voice
assistant activation, ANC control, and volume adjustment. The
headphone can be connected to devices via Bluetooth 3.0 and is
compatible with iOS and Android operating systems. It also supports
OTA (Over-The-Air) updates through the 1MORE MUSIC APP. The product
is manufactured by Tiinlab Corporation and comes with a 1-year
limited warranty.
Product Usage Instructions:
To use the 1MORE SonoFlow SE HQ30, follow these steps:

Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button
for 2 seconds to turn on the headphone. Press and hold for 5
seconds to turn it off. -
Playback Control: Click the button to play or
pause the audio playback. -
Phone Call Management: Click the button to
answer or hang up a phone call. Double-click the button to switch
to the mobile phone. Press and hold for 2 seconds to decline a
call. -
Voice Assistant Activation: Double-click the
button when Bluetooth is on and not in a call to activate the voice
assistant. -
ANC Control: Click the button to switch
between ANC ON, Pass-through, and ANC OFF modes. Volume + and –
buttons can be used to adjust the volume. -
Volume Adjustment: Click the Volume + button
to increase the volume. Click the Volume – button to decrease the
volume. Press and hold the Next Track button for 2 seconds to go to
the previous track. Press and hold the Previous Track button for 2
seconds to go to the next track.

1. Why the headphones cannot be turned on? Check if your headphones have
enough battery life. If not, please charge them for at least 30 minutes.
2. Why the headphones cannot play music after successfully connecting to my
Android device? After pairing successfully, on the Bluetooth menu of your
device, tap the icon on the right of your device name and make sure the “Media
Audio” option is on.
3. Why there is no sound from the headphones while making phone calls after
successfully connecting to my Android device? After pairing successfully, on
the Bluetooth menu of your device, tap the icon on the right of your device
name and make sure the “Phone Audio” option is on.
4. Why the Bluetooth connection is not stable and causes some interruptions?
- Try shortening the distance between your headphones and device. Avoid solid
