Operation Instruction

1. Before using the air compressor, park the vehicle in a safe position and ensure that the vehicle is safely parked.
2. When using the air comperssor, long time press the power button to turn on the power of the product. (When using the external power supply, ensure that the power supply of the external power supply is stable and the power supply is bigger than the power of the product. Do not use only the power supply other than DC 12V )
3. After the product is powered on, connect the threaded end of the air pipe to the outlet of the product and tighten it, and then connect the air nozzle end of the air pipe to the tire air nozzle to ensure that the air nozzle is tight without leakage.
4. It will show the tyre current pressure when air compressor connect the tyre. When inflate the tyre, set the required pressure value first. Press “+” or “-“ to adjust the preset air pressure vaclue. Press R to choose air pressure unit or scene.
5. Preset the pressure value to the required value, And the preset pressure value is bigger than the current tire pressure value displayed on the product, press the power button and the product automatically starts to inflate, and automatically stops inflating when reach the preset pressure value.
6. After finish inflating the tyre. Take off the air nozzle on the tire first, then take off the air pipe on the product and store it, the product will enter the hibernation state after a period of time without any operation. Long press the power button to wake up the air comperssor when use again.
7. The accessory air nozzle is used for inflating other items such as balls , inflatable toys ect.
8. During the use of the product, when the battery capacity is displayed in red and blinking, the product is low in power and needs to be charged. Use the charger delivered with the product to charge, and do not use other chargers to charge the product.
9. When the battery capacitry is too low, pls use the external power cord attached to the product, connect the cigarette socket lighter (DC 12V & 2 60W), and continue to use the air compressor. After finishing inflate the tyre, please charge the air compressor as soon as possible.
10. When the air compressor is not used for a long time, the air compressor should be turned on once a month and charged to achieve the maintenance effect of the product. The product has a built-in lithium battery, which needs to be charged once a month for a long time to keep the lithium battery in good condition.

Precautions

1. Please charge the air compressor before using when the battery capacity is I ow, can connect DC 12V & 2 60W power supply to continue to use the product.
2. When the product is connected to an external power supply, use only the 12v DC power supply, and the power of the power supply must be bigger than 60W. Do not use any other power supply other than 12v DC. Otherwise, the product may be damaged.
3. The product is small in size and tight in internal structure, which will generate a lot of heat during use. The internal temperature of the product is high, and the temperature of the air pipe is very high. Please do not touch the air pipe during this period of time to avoid scalding. When the product is used for 8-10 minutes, it should be stopped for cooling and cooling for a period of time (cooling for 10-15 minutes is better). The product can obtain sufficient cooling time to extend the life of the product.
4. Do not leave when using the air compressor. The product is an electrical tool. Do not let it run independently in an unattended state to avoid harm.
5. Do not allow children or people with disabilities to use this product to avoid injury.
6. When using the air compressor, remember to keep away from the humid environment and desert environment to prevent water ust for entering product inside to cause damage the electric component.
7. Do not expose this product to extreme conditions (such as High temperature, low tempera- ture, humidity, dust, flammable, explosive, flammable gas and other environment ).
8. Do not discard the product. Recycle it at the specified recycling point

Warm Prompt

1. Check the tire pressure before starting your car , and replenish the pressure in time when the pressure is insufficient.
2. When using air compressor on the roadside, park the vehicle to a safe position, park good palce and park steadily.
3. When the vehicle parked on the side of the road, do a good job of surrounding warning, remind the past vehicles and pedestrians to pay attention to avoid.
4. Charge the product in time after use, and charge it once a month when it is not used for a long time.
5. If there is no reaction when the product is connected to the external power supply, check whether the internal fuse of the external wiring plug is in good condition. If the fuse fault, it can be replaced.

Battery Bapacity

6. The charging cable specification for the micro current charger class greatly protects battery life and takes 5-8 hours to fully charge.
7. It is strictly forbidden to use any other charger to charge the product, otherwise the consequences shall be taken by you.

Operation lnstruction External power supply (Optional):
The input port of external power supply of this product is located at the bottom of the product, and the other end of the product is inserted into the bottom of the product to connect with the car cigarette lighter socket.

Tips for small details of product operation:

1. The product has anti-miscontact function, when the air compressor working for a long time when the pressure is 0, the air compressor automatically stop working.
2. The product has hibernation function, when the air pump does not operate for a long time, it will enter hibernation mode automatically. When the product is in hibernation, long time press the charging control button to wake up the system
3. When the battery is out of power, it can continue to use the external power supply (DC 12V).

Main Problem Solution

1. Digital air compressor can not work properly;Solution:Check the setting pressurethe preset pressure value needs to be higher than the current display pressure of the product for the inflation funciton to work.
2. The power supply of the product is unstable and will be disconnected at any time; Solution:Check whether the plug of the air compressor’s cigarette lighter is in bad contact with the socket of the car cigarette lighter. tf it is not contact well ,,emove the impurities in the socket of the cigarette lighter . The metal sheet on both sides of the plug of the air pump should be gently pried open to the outside, so that it can contact with the socket more well.
3. The product still has no power after being powered on; Solution: unscrew the metal nut on the top of the power plug of the air compressor, take out the fuse in the plug to check whether If it is intact, replace a fuse, and screw the metal nut back to its original state.
4. For high temperature of the product, it is very hot ! Solution:When the air compressor works, it will compress the air and generate a lot of heat, which will be transmitted to the surface of the product. The temperature of the product will be high after a period of time, it is normal. When the temperature is too high, you can close the product and stop it for cooling, and then work after cooling for 10-15 minutes. After the product works continuously for 6-10 minutes, stop it and cool for 15 minutes better.
5. The Digital air compressor stops working immediately after the tire is connected, and the value displayed on the dial is very high; Solution: The air pipe and tires is not connected, congestion within the air pipe, pressure rised make the pressure value has reached the preset value is detected to stopthen should check if tire air mouth with a cap and a limited device, to remove the limited device on the tyres mouth, and Press the air pump joint until the sound of air leakage is heard.
6. Air pressure is not accurate; Solution; When the air pump leaves the factory, The product is calibrated and adjusted to the standard air pressure, the tolerance is very small. When the pressure value has a certain gap with your other test props, the actual tolerance value is very small and does not affect the driving of the car. The test pressure of both props will have a certain tolerance with the standard pressure, and the tolerance is not more than 0.2bar, it will not affect the normal use. 1 bar = 14.5 psi = 101 kpa
